YOU R COMPANY NEEDS A MAJOR WAKE UP CALL. The front desk clerk DID NOT HAVE MY BOOKING reservation that you were supposed to furnish the hotel with. I could not get through to talk to a human being, and you kept asking for a 4 digit code which WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION. You robot would not let me talk to a live agent, even after I gave them my booking number. AWFUL SERVICE. I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO STOP PAYMENT BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLICENCE! SHE FRONT DESK CLERK SAID THERE WERE AT LEAST 17 INCIDENTS WHERE BOOKING DID NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL WITH THE RESERVATIONS SO THE CLIENTS COULD NOT EVEN STAY AT THE HOTEL UNLESS THE PAID THE FULL PRICE. WAKE UP CALL....PLEASE SEND THIS TO YOUR CEO

Breakfast, very quiet room, comfortable beds, suite, bar on Saturday. Close to excellent Mexican restaurant.

Cons:

Lukewarm shower, scarce plugs for charging, burned out light bulb, missing wall picture, key card for elevator/stairs, bar closed on Sunday afternoon.

Pros:

Breakfast was great! Food was great. Staff working the breakfast was great and friendly.

Cons:

Room was dusty. Floors were dirty. Walls were dirty. Bathroom doors were dirty. Pillows were flat and dirty. Not enough pillows. Front desk NIGHT clerk was unfriendly, bothered by our questions, and was not available later when we wanted to ask for more pillows. Room was NOT worth $200!!!

The staff made the difference during our stay. They were helpful and understanding! This place needs to be updated!

This was probably a very nice total at one time, but has not been updated or power cleaned in quite some time. The first room was terrible. I wouldn’t sit on the couch, because it was stained really bad! Andrew at front desk was awesome he gave us a better room otherwise we were going somewhere else!

Pros:

Good value for money and plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good most days. Location was good for seeing Tucson, great Mexican restaurant across the street for dinner.

Cons:

Running water noise like a fountain in the pipes. Wasn't disturbingly loud, just always going. Not bad if you like background noise, could be annoying to some.
