Las instalaciones al entrar se ven bonitas (lobby, restaurante, baños en recepción), ya una vez entrando a la habitación caes en cuenta que es un hotel con bastantes años, hay cosas que verdaderamente no me gustaron, me toco la habitación 115 esta en la planta baja, en cuanto abrimos el cuarto tenia un olor húmedo combinado con cigarro como la casa de una persona de la tercera edad que fumaba, como que el olor se hubiera quedado impregnado en el cuarto, el detector de humo estaba salido se le podían ver los cables, yo mismo lo tuve que acomodar bien, el cuarto como tal no esta feo pero si se ve antiguo como viejo, en la noche si la persona de arriba se bañaba o si hacia sus necesidades o con simplemente abrir la llave pareciera que estaba en nuestro cuarto todo se escuchaba era muy incómodo estar a las 11 de la noche escuchando una regadera abierta, las camas no eran tan cómodas rechinaban mucho cuando te movias, si vas de México para allá la televisión ni la uses todo es inglés y si abres netflix te pone los idiomas por default en idioma inglés algunas películas se pueden poner en español otras no, tiene muchas cosas encontra el hotel, la regadera donde te bañabas era una tina blanca como las de antes, sin embargo al ser tina es resbalosa tenia como cinta antiderrapante pero ya desgastada es como si no tuviera y las cosas metálicas de la tina como donde sale agua, la boquilla por donde se va el agua estaban oxidadas, abajaito de la regadera había como una especie de hilo no tengo idea para que era también estaba oxidado el metal con el hilo, realmente no se si fue mi habitación la que desafortunadamete me tocó la mala suerte de que estuviera así o los otros cuartos también estén así desconozco completamente.

Par où commencer.... Cet hotel était super en 1989, mais n'a malheureusement pas été rafraîchi. Mobilier vétuste et délabré, moquettes sales, pleines de tâches, très mauvaise impression question hygiène, matelas en mousse "bricolé".... Réception peu aimable, voire indifférente, limite désagréable....
Pas de wi-fi dans la chambre, la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, pas de bouchon à la baignoire (mais la réception m'en a fourni un....), un matin sans eau chaude (panne....), télé avec très peu de chaines. Les machines à laver hors d'usage.
Petit déjeuner de médiocre qualité, seul fruit des pommes, seulement du pain de mie, plats chauds pas très appétissants....
La piscine.... catastrophe ! très sale, plein de salissures dans l'eau, mobilier délabré, 1 seule chaise longue cassée, abords laissés à l'abandon....
Pour un établissement de cette game ce n'est pas acceptable.

Nothing maybe just that the ice machine was broken

L I M P I E Z A Las mucamas solo tienden camas pero NO CAMBIAN LAS SÁBANAS NI LAS FUNDAS.

The room had a sour smell to it upon entering, I found it was due to old food in the mini fridge. About 10min after check in I got a text from front desk saying to let them know if there was anything I needed by just replying to their message, so I did reply about the smell and the refrigerator and did not hear anything. So on my way out to dinner I stopped and let the front desk lady k ow and she shook her head and rolled her eyes and said ya the staff is lazy around here. When I got back to my room after dinner, IT WAS STILL THERE!!!!!
No body ever did come and get it out. Then around bedtime I noticed the toilet was not draining. So I sent another message about that and again no reply. So I called down to let them know and the lady said there was nothing she could do until 8am the following morning, she said we had to use the restroom down on the first floor until then. It was a headache and I want my money back!

If I had to say anything, the water pressure was low and there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. Staff was happy to provide when requested.
