Pros:

The suites are very spacious. The breakfast was great especially the pancakes. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms need to be updated and have a musty smell to them.

Didn’t stay because air didn’t work
Pros:

The property was really nice and the lady at the front desk was really nice and went out of her way to try to make things better. I liked that there was a tv area separate from the sleeping area in the room.

Cons:

Property has swamp cooler and the room wouldn’t cool down. Smell of the room was stale and very humid. We tried like 8 different rooms and the swamp cooler didn’t work

We got more than what we paid for.
Pros:

Very surprised and pleased by the value of this hotel and its presentation. Its location made it difficult to find at first, but nonetheless it's visible from Broadway once you see it once. The signage out front needs a little help, though. Overall, great layout and beautiful atrium interior. It has well placed exit and entrance doors around the building for the convenience of guests, as well. Our state was quick, but it was pleasant and would absolutely stay again.

Pros:

The breakfast and grill staff were very nice. There was a pool and laundry .There was a working fridge in the room. Rooms were spacious with a separate seating area, bathroom and bedroom.
Easy access to a bus route.

Cons:

The building is tired looking, set in the 70's style. Reception staff were not that helpful. WiFi isn't available in some of the rooms so we had to go to the main lobby area each day for access. There were no easy chairs here, just the chairs from the eateries.
The lighting in the rooms was poor and there are no usb slots. Plug points were scarce. All seating was heavily stained in the rooms and it felt grubby. There was no safe.
