must’ve just been a bad day in Tucson.

Toilet didn’t work, TV in bedroom area did not work and the A/C heater didn’t work at all !!

Unacceptable dirty carpet.

Your staff was helpful when asked to replenish: toilet paper, tissue paper, and coffee.

Cons:

The carpet was very dirty throughout my room, lamp cover damage and busted. I had to asked for toilet paper and tissue when I entered the room for the first time.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallways and rooms were worn and showing stains. No bathroom exhaust fan and in side of bathroom door looked like a small dog chewed it's way through , and not enough plug-ins for electronics. And Ice makers on 2nd floor did not work. I was told at front desk to ask the resturant/longe to give me some.
