It just wasn’t a friendly welcoming and we were just very uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all.
Pros:

The restaurant was nice. Breakfast was good and the people were very friendly very clean.

Cons:

When we came in to check in, the lady wasn’t really friendly at the front desk, which is different from what we’re used to because the last time we were there which was a week prior to that the facilities were great. The front desk welcomed us warmly the visit was wonderful this time we walked in like I said the lady wasn’t real friendly, but it was OK. We were fine but when we got to our room later through the night something happened I don’t know what but it was very hot in there and humid in the room and we didn’t sleep very well so when we got up that morning to check out at 7 o’clock, we told her that we had had a bad night and that that something was wrong with the room and we told her about the situation with the AC and everything and she didn’t seem that she cared about the issue just kept checking us out and that was it. I don’t even remember her telling us to have a good day. We went to the restaurant to have breakfast and that kind of helped us in the day with a good start because the breakfast was good and everybody in the restaurant was very friendly when I left the restaurant. I walked up to the front desk and I grabbed a card from the the holder so I could find out who the general manager was my husband is an IG member and I just have never seen such service as we got when we checked out.

Pros:

It’s nice to return to friendly staff at the front welcoming you in! They also provide free ear plugs, eye masks and mints if you want or need!

Cons:

I wish all hotels would get nicer toilet paper, like enough with the 1 ply!

Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. I have three little boys and they didn’t make a big deal about my kids running around while we checked in. Made a big difference to us because we traveled very far and the kids just needed to run around a little (lot). Breakfast was amazing and their breakfast staff were very sweet. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and our kids asked if we can go back again lol

While the room was acceptable, the property’s location and environment felt unsafe due to loitering and marijuana odors
Pros:

the room smelled nice.

Cons:

bad location, staff wasnt great, a/c went out and had to switch rooms at 2am. This took 2hrs.
