Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Location was perfect for everything we planned to see and do. Parking was also a big plus because it on the premises, under surveillance, so you dont need to worry about your car being damaged or something similar.

Cons:

Nobody told us at check-in that we need to scan the QR code so our towels would be replaced. After the first day we noticed nobody came in the room to replace them, we talked to the receptionist and said that we would like clean towels. She said she would send somebody, but nobody came to replace them, so for four days we had to use the same ones. This has never happened to us in any other hotel.

Il materasso, la vicinanza alla metro e l insonorizzazione delle stanze.
Il personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Stanza pessima, muri sporchi, senza frigo, con moquette vecchia, senza un armadio. Pulizia al minimo, nessuna ricarica dei prodotti da bagno, nè aggiunta di rotoli di carta igienica. Hotel da 3 stelle. Ho sempre la convinzione che alle prenotazioni di booking diano le stanze peggiori.

An excellent stay. We have no complaints about anything.
Pros:

All went well. Room was big clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. TV was good as well with you tube. The room was also very quite despite overlooking the main road. Location was excellent as very near to underground train station.

Cons:

No comments here. I cannot complain about anything and I will recommend the hotel to friends and family.
