Dejligt, hyggeligt og pænt
Pros:

Beliggenheden, dejligt og meget serviceminded personale. Pæne værelser.
Skøn morgenmad.

Cons:

Desværre manglede boblebadet/spaen på værelset nogle dysser, så vi var ikke trygge ved at bruge det.

E' un bellissimo hotel situato in una delle vie più eleganti della città. E' possibile raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di maggior interesse storico-artistico e culturale. Letti comodissimi. Cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Molto pulito. Colazione molto assortita e ricca.

Increíble el hotel
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, un poco más lejos del centro centro pero lo visitas una vez y listo. Desayuno espectacular. Pieza de muy buen tamaño para una persona, el baño igual que el de una pieza doble. Todo muy cómodo.

Cons:

Hay unas pequeñas escaleras donde nadie te ofrece ayuda. Yo tampoco lo pedí

Хороший, чистый отель в самом центре Копенгагена. Встретили на ресепшене приветливо и даже на пару часов ранее заселили бесплатно в номер. Спасибо! В номерах чисто, убирают хорошо, хорошие, качественные полотенца , тапочки и халаты. Прекрасные, вкусные, разнообразные завтраки и хорошее обслуживание в ресторане. Вот в лаунже немного стало хуже, так как не в первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле.

Not worth the money—didn't feel "premium"

Cons:

Room door wouldn't lock. Lights wouldn't turn on in room. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were disgusting.

预订双床房未提前告知到店给了大床房
Pros:

位置很好，距离地铁也很近

Cons:

酒店价格较高，而且我定的是双床房，提前1个多月预定的。结果入住之后告诉我满房没有双床房了，给了我一张大床房，并没有提前告知我也没给我任何选择或补偿，给人感觉非常差。
