Overall great first stay
Pros:

Very close to the center. Extremely elegant feel in the lobby. Rooms are nice. Stylish finishes with a mix of modern and rustic. Our first level room had very high ceilings. We also got in early (12 noon) and check in is at 3p; but they were able to get us in a room then.

Location and the gym were excellent.

Cons:

On one side the Bed had almost collapsed, the springs in the mattress had failed. We ask for a replacement but nothing was available.

HYGGE!!! Würde jedes Jahr wieder kommen.
Pros:

HYGGE = Bitte googeln, wer dieses Wort nicht kennt 😉. Sehr zentrale Lage, perfekt für getaways. Fußläufig sehr schnell die wichtigsten Spots in Kopenhagen erreichbar. Metro in 5 min. gehweite entfernt. Von Flughafen bis zum Hotel mit der Metro in 20 min. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und nicht zu viel Angebot um überfordert zu werden. Alles problemlos mit Check in und Check out. Obwohl am Anreisetag erst ab 15:00 Uhr Check in geplant gewesen wäre und wir aber schon um 10:00 dort waren, konnten wir schon früher einchecken ohne Aufpreis, weil das Zimmer schon zur Verfügung stand. Jede Menge Essenmöglichkeiten im Umkreis (z. B. Gasoline Grill = World famous Burger uvm.) ALLES TOP!!!

Lovely one night stay
Pros:

Superb staff, very efficient and extremely helpful. The room was small but very warm, functional, and quiet. The bed was soft but very comfortable. Check in and out was effortless and professional. Lovely breakfast, and a nice bar downstairs. Highly recommended.
