A localização era excelente e o restaurante do hotel

Cons:

A entrada do hotel já demanda um esforço com malas pois são 2 blocos de escada , não tem ng para ajudar.
O elevador não leva ao piso superior fazendo com que o hóspede tenha que subir mais um lance de escadas com a mala. Quarto mto pequeno , cama pequena e carpete no chão

Historic building, great location, and helpful and friendly staff were hallmarks of our visit.
Pros:

I liked how the front desk freely shared an electrical adapter my wife needed. I appreciated how the bar staff would generously share ice for my Tervis (so I could take ice water with me). I was grateful how the staff stored our luggage for us.

War gut und schön.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage , wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Check-in und Check-out waren schnell und speditiv.

Cons:

Zimmer war klein, eng und unfreundlich. Duschen war lediglich in der Badewanne möglich. Toilette und Heizungsradiator waren zu nahe aufeinander installiert

Geweldig verblijf in een mooi hotel.
Pros:

De ontvangst was erg goed, onze koffers werden voor ons naar binnen gebracht. Ruim hotel met ruime kamers, wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in Kopenhagen. Het gebruik van de Executive Lounge beviel ons uitstekend. Heerlijke hapjes en drankjes. De ligging in het centrum is geweldig, je loopt zo overal naar toe.

Cons:

De kamers zijn niet goedkoop, maar we kwamen er achter dat niets goedkoop is in Kopenhagen. De vloeren in het hotel lopen hier en daar scheef. Heel bijzonder. Op onze kamer hing er luchtje alsof er was gerookt maar het zou ook de airco geweest kunnen zijn. Verder geen last van gehad.

Underbart hotell med historiska anor. Mysigt. Inbjudande och underbart seviceminded personal. Jag elsker dette hotell!
Pros:

Den antika och unika känslan. Hotellet andades anor. Allt var så vackert och utsökt inrett. Hotellrummet jättesnyggt och fint. Dock litet fönster, men det gjorde inget för utsikten var så fin från det ändå.

I would stay here again but I would book direct NOT through booking.com

Location and the bed was wonderful

Cons:

There was a step down into the bathroom - my husband and I were forever worried we would kill ourselves on it. Also the experience booking this through booking.com was dreadful. Not the property's fault but I felt they could've managed it better. They left me to do battle with them through booking.com until we got my double charge removed.
