It’s a business trip, so it’s fine. Probably not a good for family trip as room is small and beds are small. Value of mo

Pros:

Great room, very luxurious feel to it. Lovely bar and the food in the Bistro was gorgeous. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Shower over the bath, not a big deal just something I don't like. They also didn't clean the bathroom when they serviced the room, just changed one of the towels.

Läget är mycket bra. Väldigt god frukost. Prisvärt. Enkelt med parkering.

Cons:

Vi bodde på bottenvåningen [rum 1020] Trafiken på utsidan är inget problem. Men festande och högt pratande folk på utsidan fram till ca 03.00 gjorde det svårt att sova, båda nätterna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka, men då skall man bo 2-3 våningar upp eller åt ett annat håll.

Recomendo, localização excelente
Pros:

Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício, bom café da manhã e excelente localização. Fica próximo à estação e das principais atrações da cidade, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o que facilita muito a estadia.

Cons:

Os quartos poderiam passar por uma atualização na decoração, que é antiga e com muitos tecidos. Os estofados e cortinas aparentavam falta de limpeza: ao fechar a cortina, levantou muito cheiro de pó, o que impacta a sensação de conforto no ambiente. Além disso, a cama é muito mole, o que pode não agradar a todos.

Man betaler lidt for meget for stedet og navnet ift hvad man får

God beliggenhed

Cons:

Det var åbnet snacks som var spist af på værelset
Meget lille værelse med vinduer ud mod gård som man ikke kunne se ud af eller åbne. Svarede ikke til prisen.
Meget højt badekar at komme op i når man skal shower.
Ville have været dejligt med dansk smør til morgenmaden.
Dyrt for parkering, kunne godt have været 50/50 betalt af hotellet.

A new favorite standard when staying in Copenhagen...
Pros:

Room: 12- 15ft. high ceilings; great color palette. Breakfast was perfect - mix of everything. Usually got there early - few people - and when the number increased, all were quiet and reserved. Peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal; short walk to Nyhavn and the other adjoining canals and bridges. The streets behind the hotel also had excellent restaurants. I was especially pleased with my evenings at the Hugo Restaurant located at the lower level of the hotel; the server remembered my wine selection, helped with main course selection - and treated me like a favorite cousin. Went back twice. Service was excellent. At a short walk from the hotel, Heliconia Flowers on Gothersgada delivered the flowers - and they looked great - and perfumed the room for a week.

Cons:

...it's not the fault of the hotel - but there was one weekend night the bar down the street seemed to take over the neighborhood with racket. It was only the one night - and upon inquiry the following morning, the hotel reception shared with me that they had contacted the authorities in the past about this - but, well - we know how "enforcement of laws" seems to be fairing these days!

Levde inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna men generellt sett är vi nöjda.
Pros:

Frukosten var helt ok men kan bli ett snäpp bättre

Cons:

Skohorn saknas. Hylla i Duschen saknas. Två små kaffemaskiner i frukostbuffen som inte räckte till, framför allt när en var stängd ibland. Att köa för kaffe inte ok. Man kunde inte reservera p-plats i förtid. Blir ett problem att inte veta när man har en nyopererad fru.
