Best view with a premium location that made my stay in Hawaii a dream come true.
Pros:

The room was great, it had a kitchen and a living room space, so we felt we had a lot of space to enjoy the room. The balcony was amazing with the biew to the marina e the Ala Moana patk. This was my birthday gift 🎁 spend 9 days with the matina/ ocean view. They also had free tickets to grab complementary water and ice cream.

Cons:

I wish they could have a compliment breakfast. For the complementary water, they could just drop the water bottles when they are cleaning the room. Having to go to the lobby with ticket to retrieve 2 bottles of water everyday was a little annoying.

Great hotel for young families
Pros:

We stayed at the Ilikai for our first vacation as a family with our little one. Check in was very easy and the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. They were able to provide a crib for us. The location is great! The lagoon and beach are just a 5 minute walk away. Even FoodLand is walkable from the Ilikai. When your little one is only awake for 2 hours at a time, it’s nice to be able to get to the beach in 5 minutes to maximize your time in the sun. We would definitely bring our family back here.

Pros:

The only good thing is the view. It is a very well used suite. Dirty mismatched switch plates. Toilet from the 70's. Mold around the tub. Says it sleeps 5 but it doesn't. Flip down sofa is 5 feet long and there is a blow up mattress. You don't pay that much to sleep on those. Fry pans belong in the garbage, the cookie sheet had to be tilted to put in the oven. The one seat in the living room was threadbare. It has a dishwasher but they only provide 2 was tabs. It really needs a coat of paint. You can stay here if you are not picky, but I would avoid Waikiki vacation condos altogether. No pride of ownership.

Cons:

Room bed was not comfortable, roach in the kitchen, no evening room house keeping for supplies had to go back down stairs

Internet pessima, e quando parou de funcionar a mulher da recepção disse que não podia fazer nada! Voltei mais tarde e outra funcionária me trocou de quarto, o que não é legal porque já tinha organizado todas minhas coisas, mas pelo menos ela fez alguma coisa. Não tem praia na frente do hotel e pelo mesmo valor eu teria pego um hotel bem na praia de Waikiki, tudo é longe. Não pode fumar na sacada. A área de fumantes é bem longe, ou fora do hotel

Pros:

The room was nice, the staff was even better. The rooms were just very hot and the A/C never cooled us off. The exterior of the hotel could use some more attraction similar to the surrounding hotels but overall, I would stay again but only if the A/C has been upgraded.

Location: it's close to the mall and Waikiki beach, so convenient.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms: 1 city view and 1 ocean view. What I got were 1 city view (room 2211) and 1 PARTIAL ocean view (room 2234). The Ilikai Hotel told me that is the ocean view. Room 2234 is not an ocean view, from the room I looked through door to see Hilton Hawaii Village building. I did not get what I booked /paid for. I should receive the difference between ocean view and partial ocean view back.

Super trip to Oahu and excellent accommodations!!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and the staff was always helpful. Great service at the restaurant downstairs!! Quality help at the front desk!!

Cons:

Parking was super busy from time to time, but that's to be expected!

I loved the activities offered and amenities in the room, as well as the proximity to the beach.
Pros:

I loved having a kitchen in the room, as well as a sitting area. I appreciated the option of the shower head being hand held.

Cons:

The coffee packets were not right for a 10 cup pot of coffee, I had to put 2 in to get a decent cup of coffee.
