Pros:

The staff is great and breakfast was good. The pool was good as well but the hot tub jets were not working

Cons:

Our washroom has pipe noise that’s constant throughout the night/all day. We didn’t get a good sleep due to the noise. We asked the front desk about it but said unfortunately it’s due to the old buildings pipe. The hotel could use some refreshing, carpet is starting to separate and found a carpet staple on the floor.

Pros:

It was really close to the LEGOLAND

Cons:

the room smell really strong like smell like I can’t even describe the smell and then it was so close to the freeway that you can hear every single car passing by all night long

The breakfast options were good.

Cons:

I had to wait 18 hours to get my kitchen items. No one Wood answer the phone at the front desk so I had to go down and request this four times before it happened. It wasn’t until I mentioned talking to the general manager that I got some action.

Room was clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Staff was extra friendly.

Cons:

While the room was clean it did show signs of wear such as small dings in the wall and chips in baseboards and furniture. Area around the hotel was a little spotty with a few people just hanging around looking as if they had nothing to do.

Pros:

Definitely enjoyed our stay, and will be staying in the future when I’m in the area. This is family friendly, there is a nice selection of breakfast. Front desk staff was always professional and helpful. Property is maintained and rooms are clean.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful both in dealing with other guests who were misbehaving and helping with letting me clean some of our clothes after an unforseen emergency.

Cons:

There were some obnoxious guests who were there at the same time as us that made being in the hot tub challenging. However, the onus of that wasn't on the hotel. Also, Sergio, handled it beautifully.
