Pros:

The property was clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

The room was great but it had a very prominent mildew smell. After we aired out the room it did get better but we couldn’t get rid of it completely.

A mess.

The property was in a nice location.

Cons:

I would like to start with saying all the people we dealt with were all nice. Here goes all the bad. They didn’t have the room ready when we came for check in so we left and came back and waited another hour after we came to check in. The room carpets were wet and sticky, it smelled like pure chemicals which the front desk person told us was because the person before left a huge mess. We asked to switch rooms because the smell was so strong but they were sold out and said the smell is because they got new carpets. A lot of excuses.

Great value and close to beach and attractions!
Pros:

Everything was nice. Property is a little dated, but was expected. Staff were great! Maintenance man Gilbert was especially helpful in removing some street tar from off a shoe! Location to beach and attractions was convenient.

Cons:

Our shower head leaked at the wall and we did have some ants in the room.

Poor - rooms are very dark and lights are needed on at all times limited items at breakfast
Cons:

Paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which had no crockery/pans and on asking about items to use were were told there were not kits available and to go to the Dollar store to purchase some

It was close to the beach! Not bad overall, but could be improved for the price.
Pros:

Location to the beach

Cons:

Room was ok. No available items for the kitchenette, they only have 1 pack to be used for all suite guests. Upon arrival we had to ask for refills on toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner. Room had some previous structural damage to the outside of the building right in front of our room door as well as damage in the room. First day of visit there was construction noises in the room next to us in the morning as well as on and off throughout visit.

Decent
Pros:

I like that its easy to find, parking is decent and the whole property is clean.

Cons:

Room that we had have a smell as soon as we enter the room. Smells like old carpet that haven’t been washed for awhile, and i can see in the room that its been old and theres like chips and dents everywhere.

This is a family hotel.
Pros:

Good hotel for families with children. Great staff. Close to the beach, but you will need to park. We could not find parking so went to Cardiff to access the beach.

Cons:

The middle room of my suite had a long couch and two stools. It wasn't comfortable for our group to sit and visit. The couch had rips in it.

For the most part our stay was good

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean

The remotes to the bedrooms didn’t work and it was noisy because we were on the side of the freeway and the phone didn’t work

Nothing.Shabby room, old furniture and furnishings. Huge gap under the door. Curtains wouldn't close. Floor was disgusting. The carpet was ripped and fraying and dirty.

We stayed here while visiting legoland. The hotel is very nice and affordable. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Great Value Excellent Hospitality
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly from the check in reception desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast service. All hardworking and care for the guests.

Cons:

Room and bath could use a little updating including caulk8ng the bathroom and closing the gap from the door and floor.
