It was quiet and peaceful. Fast check in and check out.

Great location within WEM, attentive staff, especially helpful with room accommodation and assistance with luggage and ground transportation. Excellent hospitality staff and immediate responses.

Perfect getaway for a mini tropical vacation! We spent the day swimming at the waterpark and then the evening relaxing in a tropical theme room. The hotel was beautiful and staff are very friendly. A nice way to break up the winter here. we will probably do it again next year.

Loved the space themed room, and loved that we got 2 free water park passes with the room stay as well as 40% off the additional passes!! Made for a great staycation!!

The best way to spend a cold weekend, their winter promotion which includes one night stay, 2 attractions passes, $25 at L1 or L2 and extra discounted tickets it’s so worth it! The personnel are so friendly and helpful, their rooms are detailed and clean. We’ve been staying there for 4 years to celebrate my daughter birthday and mine and will continue to do it.

Name says it all. Room was dated. This hotel has so many guests they dont need to try to please people or even put in a good effort

Dirty, dark room that can't be properly utilized. Me and my fiance were so excited to spend 2 nights in the Hollywood room only to find it dark, dirty, and most features aren't useful. For the price of the stay you could at least have a smart tv. But instead they charge $35 for porn and $25 for a pay per view movie. Would not return

The bed Pillows could be better and finger print area could be focus a little more better deinfected

The bathtub was filling up with water, and bathroom lights were missing most of the bulbs which made the bathroom really dark to put on your makeup. I was talking to the switchboard who advised they would send someone to check and fix. No one came up to the room. Went to report it to front desk the elevators were not moving so had to walk down 6 floors to exit. No one helped me at the front desk because there was only one person with a long line up. Very frustrating with the service. I have stayed there a lot of times before but never had this poor customer service. I was told they have a new system so cannot review if I’ve stayed there before. I will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

Location, experience and convenience was amazing. The beds in our room however, were horrid. Some upgrades would give this experience at gold star.

Elevators not working (only 1 of 6 available). Waiting over 10-15 minutes for an elevator and could not get out. Ended up going down more than 6 flights of stairs with luggage in tow.

Credit for L1/L2 Grill Restauruant had limitations that were not commuicated at all. In past years alcoholic beverages were included and this year not and the staff did not communicate this at all.

Shared our experience with the front desk staff and it was met with a "it is what it is" type of response. There was no attempt to correct any of the issues or try to find a resolution.

We used to make this a yearly tradition for our family, however each year the experience seems to be getting worse and worse. The hotel is quite run down, hallways are dirty with room service plates and food being left in the hallway for hours on end. Essentially this hotel is way overpriced for a liptstick on a pig of a themed room.

Beautiful stay, my only issue would be the long wait for the elevator during peak times! Other than that everything else was nice.

We stayed in a room that had a bunk bed and 2 double beds. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, it was overall an amazing time!

Expensive and not high end for almost 600 I would expect better and to feel more value I’ve been in better rooms for less

Stayed in an executive room. Spacious and view overlooking mall. Concierge and valet very friendly and accommodating. Room was average in cleanliness. Maintenance crew began work before 8am. Sounded like they were inside the vent, swearing and using vulgar language. Loud banging for a half hour at least. Called to front desk and was told there was nothing scheduled. Next morning same thing just not as long. So sleep quality was not good, especially with kids!

Great place to stay with the family. Everything is close to the hotel. Clean rooms and hallways. Great service
