Pros:

The kitchen ran out of gluten free bread on Sunday morning, so no toast. This morning, Tuesday, there was still no gluten free toast. I especially phoned ahead to make sure they had gf options.
This made breakfast less pleasant.
I substituted a fruit cup, for which I had to pay extra. Not fair!

We showed up to the hotel quite early, but our room was ready so they let us check in early. The hotel was clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! The play structure and pool were a HUGE hit with my daughter, and I'd absolutely go back.
