Pros:

I’ve already sent information about the trash around the parking lot and the homeless people. My room was gross and I hardly spent any time in my room. It’s deplorable that photos are posted showing a totally different level of hotel versus the room I was placed in.

The mats in front of the doors of this hotel haven't been moved in months, the gaps under the doors going to the rooms or at least 1 inch high, there were bugs and the tub did not drain

Maids were very polite, considerate & helpful.

Water pressure from shower head was so extreme it left red marks on your body. Office staff was informed.
