During check-in, my room was not ready, and I was asked to wait without being offered a complimentary drink or an upgrade, which is usually standard in 5-star hotels in such situations.

Great stay. Super comfortable. Mancy at front desk was very helpful extending my stay. The gym and spa are good. A bit messy and limited water but sauna and steam room were excellent.

The hotel has a history but nicely renovated. It is spacious with a nice garden and pool that you can play with kids. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if you don’t want to buy one though. It is located between the old and new parts of the city but right next to a metro station for getting around.

Dont go to this hotel. Very expensive with the worst service. No one speaks English. One hour to order a bottle of water at breakfast. The worst food very really very expensive 25 dollars for a burger very bad. Ask for reservation in a good restaurant and sent me to a hole where nobody understand. Dinner in hotel more that 60 dollars per person. Service is terrible. Room small and bathroom inside... dont go very bad hotel
