Pros:

Room and pool were nice. Lots of variety for breakfast

Cons:

Food at the restaurant was nice but had to send something back and issue was resolved, but not quickly or efficiently. Glasses were also chipped.

Un séjour parfait avec un accueil chaleureux et de belles attentions. Nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon. L’accueil de Maxime et Isabelle à la réception était chaleureux et professionnel. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant L’Emblème. Les petites attentions, avec un gâteau en forme de balle et une surprise dans la chambre, nous ont fait très plaisir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une fois mais pas deux
Cons:

La salle de bain , pas de place pour ranger la trousse de toilette, baignoire à enjamber pour prendre une douche !!!! Très dangereux pas de poignée pour se tenir … pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il faut revoir cela gros problème pour les voitures électriques seulement une bonne qui fonctionne … ce n est pas concevable ….

Moderne, piscine au top
Pros:

Les équipements (piscine, tennis) sont vraiment super. Belle réception, personnel de la réception sympathique (un peu moins au restaurant) et propreté. Beau restaurant et bonne ambiance, très entretenu et belle clientèle.

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre mérite vraiment une rénovation. C’est trop petit, pas très moderne et la baignoire était cassée a plusieurs endroits ça donnait un sentiment de dégradation et de non propreté tandis que l’hôtel est très beau.

Hermosa la propiedad muy tranquilo el lugar

Cons:

El trato del personal femenino en el restaurante golpeaba platos y bandejas a colocarlos en la mesa como trabajando a desgano
Y durante el desayuno 9:55 cortan máquinas de café me estaba haciendo un huevo duro y desenchufaron la máquina
Propuesta es que prolonguen una hora más el desayuno y la cena
El spa genial las chicas 10 puntos

Comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Pros:

I liked almost everything. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The combination of sports facilities, massages, and relaxation options is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

During our last stay, we arrived early and I had asked to be notified as soon as a room became available, as we were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. Just half an hour after my request, I received a call inviting us to check in to our room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The restaurant’s operating hours are somewhat limited, and the menu could be more varied. For guests staying longer than two days who prefer dining at the hotel restaurant, the selection may become repetitive.
