Parfait !
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort. Le cadre est magnifique, entouré de verdure, et l’ambiance sportive est vraiment unique grâce au centre de tennis attenant. Les chambres sont modernes, confortables et bien équipées. Mention spéciale pour le spa et les piscines, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée active. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Agréable mais cela aurait pu être parfait
Pros:

Le lieu magnifique et le fait d’avoir été surclassé pour nous satisfaire

Cons:

Le fait qu’il faille payer en supplément pr profiter du Jacuzzi et le fait que la piscine était en travaux on ne nous l’a pas dit lors de la réservation bien évidemment cela aurait changé la done.

Et bien pour être honnête votre établissement fait partie de mon top 5 de mes pires expériences hôtelières .

Cons:

Tout d'abord, au moment de ma réservation j'ai expressément demandé une chambre au calme et quelle merveilleuse idée que de m'attribuer une chambre donnant sur l'entrée principale face au bâtiment en travaux.
Ensuite, j'ai pris un petit déjeuner que je voulais prendre en chambre mais on m'a rétorqué qu'il me fallait débourser 12€ de plus alors que celui ci est à 25€, j'aurai pu le comprendre si celui ci venait de l'extérieur mais ça n'était pas le cas ou encore si c'était un employé qui me l'avait livré directement...
Bref, c'était une catastrophe sans compter que la chambre mesure 39m carré et la salle de bain est minuscule sans chausson, ni peignoir ou encore de machine à café et que dire du frigo qui ne comportait qu'une petite bouteille d'eau (une honte)
C'est une expérience que je ne suis pas prête de réitérer.

Not worth it
Pros:

The room was in really poor condition. Old and needed renovation. Dirty. You could hear noice through the entrance door
