La ubicación

Cons:

La atención de Wilson es muy regular, las almohadas estaban deformes, el baño no era privado, la ducha goteaba y le faltaba aseo. El desayuno no estaba suficiente y había huéspedes con un perro q ladró toda la noche.

I felt like at home.
Pros:

The service Wilson offers is exceptional. He is very attentive and handy when needed. The house is big and makes u feel like at home.

Cons:

Breakfast options could be varied and pillows could be confy.

Good value for price at a family B&B
Pros:

It's located in a good area, it has plenty of restaurants and cafes around (a block or two away). It seems to have been a family house turn B&B. We took the family room, it had a nice comfy bed and it was a pretty big room.
The TV has Netflix included.
We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.

Cons:

The bathroom needs improvement, the bathtub was not really clean and it didn't have any toiletries (other than a small hand soap container)
