Friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Room service was prompt, Pizza was great, full of flavour.
The breakfast was plentiful. Friendly front of house and housekeeping. Being advised that they were going through a renovation.

Cons:

Being told it was a 5 star as soon as we arrived did set us up with high expectations of some wow moments. This however was a little disappointing. Hand marks on the doors and railing in the elevators, that was very noticeable. No make up face cloth (usually a different colour) TV remote batteries going flat. Needed a third coffee station so as not to stand in a cue for a time during breakfast. The pool area was untidy.

Pros:

Breakfast very good selection.
Lovely swimming pool which we used the gym also looked nice.
Very pleasant outdoor terrace area and comfortable seating area with bar in reception area.

Cons:

It was obvious no one had checked our room it was very comfortable and clean but only one robe and slippers.
Also I found hair grip in bathroom which if you know us it's nothing we use
