Clean
Booking.com
We stayed at one of the the upper level rooms - recently renovated. Bathroom was great and water pressure is surprisingly really strong. Very clean :). We had view of the Sky tower and although being in the centre of the city -it was not noisy at all. We had a good night sleep.
We had breakfast and it is a really good buffet breakfast. I have recently stayed at the Sydney Hilton Hotel for work, too, and in comparison I would prefer the breakfast at the Grand Millenium. Also the restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Not enough equipment in the gym, swimming pool was cool.

Wasn’t anything not to like
I tried multiple times to reduce my booking by one night prior to my visit via Bookings.com, and by calling you directly but had no response or follow up. When I checked in for a multi-day stay I again asked form the hotel to confirm reduction by one day of my booking but no one followed up. Again I flagged it when I left with no response.
Spacious room and very comfortable bed.
Easy walking to Skytower and WetaWorkshop and eating places.
Difficult to find entry/reception to check in
Parking was secure and convenient but at a cost
This is our second time staying here, and we love it. The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel is clean. The pool and sauna are a hit with the kids and us adults. The parking is cheap compared to other places we have stayed. Reasonable price for a two-night stay for a family of four.
The beds are just too small. They would be nice even if they were a queen size. They are more of a double and feel like a squeeze. The price of buffett breakfast for our five-year-old, who only ate a couple of pieces of toast, hurt the bank account. I don't think I would take him to the buffet again.
