Slow service for coffee at the Atrium
We loved everything from the reception assistance, to the upgraded room option, to the view from the hallway area out into the open of the hotel. The service was exceptional, just as much as the beds were, right down to the pool, sauna (far too hot) but was great, the rooms, bar service, restaurant service for breakfast, just all round amazing. 11/10, just beautiful and the staff are amazing, they answered any questions we had, and we were within great walking distance to the main city, and were able to enjoy the Munster Inn for some live Karaoke, great crowd to wrap up our overnight stay, before we shot back to our hotel room for a very peaceful and comfortable sleep.
How could this even be a question for this hotel, it was beautiful. My sister and I loved everything. There was nothing that disappointed us.
Information regarding parking from staff was contradictory and confusing. Almost seemed as if they tried to be difficult (concierge and front desk staff) Housekeeping walked into our room in the morning, 3 hours before check out time while we were still in bed.

The hotel entrance and restaurants were all lovely. The staff were all very attentive and welcoming. Having the different options of parking was also very good for us and good value for money for our stay as it’s quite expensive otherwise to park in the city.
The rooms felt a little outdated. We were a little disappointed with the room amenities. For example, no bathroom extras, no chrome cast or smart tv options (feel like this is a standard practice in majority of hotels nowadays). The gym was standard, maybe not the cleanest but also may have had to do with the people who were using it at the same time as us. The breakfast was also just average, nothing special but not bad.
Bar/lobby area was a nice place to hang out. Parking arrangements were great and well priced.

The shower in our room had very low pressure, the shower has 2 shampoos (no shower gel) and the bathroom door would not shut
