Staff were amazing!❤️
Pros:

We loved the service from reception and concierge staff, everyone was lovely and helpful. The room was very clean and the pool and gym area was nice too.

Cons:

The room was very warm, we didn’t sleep with any blankets as it was too hot and the aircon didn’t work. Also, if there were streaming apps on the tv it would have been an amazing stay.

Pros:

Everything is in the hotel. Restaurants, bar and cafe. They provide a code for parking which made it cheaper. They gave us free proseccos and cookies to celebrate my partner's birthday. That was very nice.

Cons:

The ac is a bit weird. Most of the time we don't feel it so it was hot inside. Someone came in to adjust it, it got cold for a short period of time.

Je trouve que c'est relativement un hôtel calme et reposant.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas car j'ai apprécié mon séjour sur Auckland et pense revenir dans cet hôtel si je reviens.

Quality hotel- very nice.
Pros:

Nice hotel, bags were kept for us since we arrived early and were in our room at check-in. Didn’t use the bar or cafe but they looked nice. Room was large, clean and as expected for a quality property.

Only get 2 towels, the air conditioning wasn't the best, room was too hot but couldn't sleep with it on as it was too loud when going.
