Bit tired but overall it was alright.
Pros:

The facilities are good, restaurant excellent food and drinks. Good pool, sauna, gym area.

Cons:

The room we were in was a bit rundown, really needed a freshen up and the inside a bit gloomy and stale. Although spacious it felt lacking in atmosphere and nothing extra. The hairdryer was terrible and bathroom door couldn't close properly.

Gorgeous hotel!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel! Lovely and spacious room, with a large bathroom with a nice bathtub.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Very dated and needed an update. Dark timber doors and panelling and bathrooms were old. Bed very comfy and spacious room.
Staff in Avery coffee shop could do with some personality. Didn’t smile or greet you.
Young man on concierge desk very helpful and pleasant. Overall a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Rooms were Dated, needed renovating. Two young girls in Avery coffee shop had no personal skills. They definitely need a course on customer service. Was disappointed they couldn’t smile or make you feel welcome.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Rooms beautiful, location great, bar fab and breakfast the best!

Cons:

They didnt service our room. The maid was next door and she said she would be over in a few minutes. We went up to the pool for maybe an hour and a bit. Went back to room.....not done. Disappointed. Also sauna wasnt going when we went to pool

Freezing at the Grand Millennium
Pros:

The size of the room, the comfortable bed

Cons:

Aircon far too cold. The setting was on low so I turned it off. It made no difference. Fortunately the bed covers kept us warm. The following morning I ontacted the concierge who sent someone to look at it. He told me it had to stay on low to be effective and that it would warm up within half an hour. Absolute rubbish. Not one iota of difference. Thank goodness we were only staying one night.

Good stay
Pros:

Spacious room, beds were comfy, good curtains that blocked out light, our air con wasn't working but was promptly fixed

Cons:

Only small nitpicks. Smart tv did not have any function to chrome cast. Would have been nice to have tap not in the bathroom to fill kettle and to drink from. When our room was made up we didnt get any additional teabags or toilet paper.

Pros:

The manager on duty the next day Neha was helpful and kind but unfortunately we were there only for one night and it was not a comfortable stay

Cons:

The ac was not working in any of the 4rooms we booked, inspite of letting them know nothing was done and had to change room at midnight, unfortunately the rest of the group couldn't change rooms in the middle of the night as the kids were sick
