Pros:

Facilities are really good, parking is easy

Cons:

Took a long time to check in. When we arrived there was a huge que of people waiting. The people on the desk weren’t in any rush.

Expensive and highlighted a poorly run Hotel

The shower and bed were very good, and the location is central.

Cons:

The layout, furniture was not good for doing some work, The electrical fittings and charging ports are dated and the services are hard to get such as room service or restaurant bookings as they hand them off to third parties and nothing works. Wanted to book at the Japanese restaurant on premise, they don't answer their phones, the web site did not work on mobile, and when I got in via a PC you could only book 2 days in advance. Asked at the front desk and they could not contact the restaurant. Went up in person and it was nearly empty so easy to get in. Very poor process. Also parking was a mission and not a good service at all.

Great location for central Auckland
Pros:

Convenient for excursion to Waiheke island, lower level space to hang out at coming off of an early morning flight, easy access to restaurants and shopping, nice pool

es war zusammengefasst ok, hätte aber vom 5 Sternehotel mehr erwartet (kenne viele Hotels)

an den meisten Orten war alles sehr sauber

schlechtes Frühstück (Saft war Wasser mit Zucker, Farbstoff und Aroma und das im 5 Sterne Restaurant)
kein Käse in Scheiben als Aufschnitt
Obst nicht gut gereift (wie so oft in Hotels)
Es gibt nur vier verschiedene Getränke an der Kaffeemaschine
Unter dem Bett auf dem Zimmer war es sehr dreckig
Am Pool stand eine dreckige, rostige Box mit etwas Müll rum
sehr schlechte Fenster, haben die Straße im 7.Stock noch gehört (ist wohl oft so in Neuseeland, bin selber von Fach und habe mir dort viel angesehen...)
