Pros:

Swimming pool which is heated and the location. And the barman with the curly short hair.

Cons:

Staffing at concierge regarding the understanding of how it works with parking? $25 how many times can you go in and out or $30 with how many time's you can go in and out? I'm not into listening how long a staff member has worked at Grand Millennium.
At reception when paying a booking through Booking.com paying at the venue I agree but I think we should be able to pay the bond as a holding as 1 payment and not 2 separate payments?

I would stay there again now that I know what to expect. Breakfast was great.
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious and comfy. Could have had some small snacks with the tea bags available as an option, rather than ordering a room service snack or having to go to a convenience store as quite a way to walk to find one close, so thought twice about that. Milk was provided which was great however. Room service was efficient when needed.

The shower drain clogged and spread across bathroom floor. The reading lamp bulb was blown. The toilet wouldn’t flush on the last morning

Pros:

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Impressive lobby area.

Cons:

The room was not really not up to standard. Well actually 2 rooms. The AC could not be turned off completely or the fan in the bathroom which meant you had to put up with noise through the night.
Also the carpet leading into the bathroom was patched and there were sharp bits like staples you had to avoid.
