Cons:

Room was cold and you couldn’t control the heating and was given a small heater to heat the room.
I booked for a double room and was given 2 single beds. 2 single blankets
The room I was given had no WiFi and I had to ask to be changed.
No room cleaning even though I was booked for 5 days.
I had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

I would never book this again

Guter Aufenthalt, Gebühr für 2 Hunde zu hoch
Pros:

Gute Lage. Für Hundebesitzer super: in 10 Minuten zu Fuß findet man einen eingezäunten Hundewald. Parkplatz direkt am Haus

Cons:

Geschirr war unvollständig. Preis für Hunde viel zu teuer (30€ pro Hund)

Mooie locatie en simpel verblijf, maar de kapotte kamerdeur was een groot minpunt.
Pros:

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door het personeel. Toen bleek dat onze kamerdeur niet op slot kon, kregen we snel een reactie met de belofte dat een technicus het probleem de volgende ochtend als eerste zou oppakken. Als compensatie kregen we een late check-out aangeboden, wat we waardeerden.

Cons:

De deur werd inderdaad gerepareerd, maar helaas keerde het probleem al diezelfde middag terug. Toen we opnieuw contact opnamen over het terugkerende defect én vroegen hoe laat we konden uitchecken, bleef verdere reactie uit. Dat vonden we teleurstellend.

Een gevoel van veiligheid is naar onze mening essentieel tijdens een hotelverblijf. Jammer genoeg is de accommodatie daar tijdens ons verblijf niet in geslaagd.

De service begon veelbelovend, maar schoot uiteindelijk tekort in opvolging en communicatie.
