I ask for a non-smoking room due to my 2 year baby the room smell like cigarettes.I call front desk to tell them about the room so they won’t think I smoke in there and then get charge for it they didn’t bother to ask us if we wanted to change room or not

The staff seemed overwhelmed with so many reservations. The room was dirty, there was so much dirt left on the floor there was no way it had been mopped. The air conditioner wasn’t working, but they replaced it within a few hours so that was nice. The chain lock on the door was broken, but the deadbolt worked. We survived, but won’t return.

The cleanliness was fine. It was just ridiculous we only had two towels for four people. We stayed two nights, and after the first night, our beds were never made and the shampoos and conditioners were never replaced after we used them all.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was super nice. Room was perfect. The only complaint I have is that our smoke detector was not on the ceiling. It was disconnected & on the shelf under the tv.
