Expectations were met....
Understand that this is a dated property, but if you need to be in this area of town, proximity is key.

Had plans that changed and needed to check out a day early. Staff very helpful in getting that changed and the amount refunded.

I didn't experience any "eewww" moments (roaches, bugs, etc).

Cleaning staff that I passed by at checking out were pleasant and friendly

Cons:

Biggest beef is that I knew what to expect (rougher neighborhood, dated property, no breakfast, no pool), but based on all these factors, the Price per night should be *LOWER* with all these detractors.

I came back to Columbus the next week and chose a different hotel because this one was dirty.
Pros:

I liked that it was very close to the fair grounds. I liked that there was a lot of parking.

Cons:

I don’t ask for much…just cleanliness. I knew the bathroom counters weren’t clean because trash from the previous guest was on the counter (razor piece). There was also hair in the shower.

Absolutely gross
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting inside and out. Bedding was clean.

Cons:

The water faucet didn’t work
Pool broken
Not enough towels
Did not clean
No coffee in the room
Tons of pot smoking outside our room. Cigarettes and broken glass everywhere absolutely terrible experience

Amazing Columbus trip
Pros:

The check in was extremely easy, the rooms were very nice, the price and location was perfect for our trip. The beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE. WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES

Cons:

One light fixture was off by the bed but that was minor. No complaints we had a great stay and will come back

Not worth the money. False advertising.
Pros:

The AC worked! And the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was dirty. It did not look like the floors in the room had been swept or mopped for weeks. Dead bugs on the floor.
The towels in the room has brown streaks on them.
I chose the hotel as well for continental breakfast. Which this location DOES NOT have.
