Convenient to sightseeing and very comfortable for myself and my dog.
Pros:

Absolutely horrible in every way would never stay again

Cons:

The room had this horrific smell we couldn’t even sleep and there was no one there to check us in I had to call the phone about 10 times for someone to show up after waiting there for 20 minutes so there was no one to change the room even we couldn’t even sleep had to sleep with a sweatshirt over my nose

Das ganze Hotel ist abgenutzt. Im Flur stinkt es. Teppichböden sind veraltet. Internet ist schlecht. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus billigem Bagel mit Streichkäse.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen und viel zu teuer.

Intervention impressionnante des pompiers au petit matin
Pros:

Le parking, la facilité pour y accéder, la gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement avec le centre ville a proximité. La literie était très confortable. Salle de bain très spacieuse.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était trop insuffisant en game de choix. (Pas de pain, brioche, pain de mie, fromage blanc…) Peu de choix dans les thés et pas de chocolat chaud.

Hallways were dark and felt like you were in the shining. Breakfast was meh, but not a show stopper.

It's a value stay.

The location is convenient to most of mystic businesses.

Cons:

During check-in, no other guest was there and it took almost a minute for the staff member to look up and say hello.
A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - which can happen, understandable. However there was 0 acknowledgement from any staff, no late check out or credit offer due to the inconvenience. There was no quick apology for the inconvenience at check out. Felt a bit lazy and honestly like no one cared we were outside in the rain at 3am because people were smoking in a room. The "breakfast" was bare by 8am.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to see in Mystic/ New London

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The guy working the front desk was amazing! Very personal and easy to chat with. Decent size clean room. Very clean and fresh smelling

Cons:

You could hear everyone around you loud and clear at all times. The bathroom was a little on the small side with the sink outside of where the tub and toilet were.
