It was actually really great and I have recommended it to everyone I saw afterwards.
Pros:

Professinal, friendly staff! Great location, cleanliness of hotel. Decency of breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms could stand to be a little bigger. We had a double bed and it felt cramped even though there were only two of us. The bathroom especially.

I highly recommend staying here and will be visiting again.
Pros:

There were many things that we liked here. Shannon at the front desk was always welcoming from the first moment we walked into the hotel. Jose checked in with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our visit, and the breakfast bar was beautiful, well-stocked, and clean (shout-out to the woman who runs it). The other bonuses for us were that Gino's Pizza and Sports Bar was within walking distance if you want to enjoy a late-night snack and drink, and that this hotel was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

If I had one negative, it was that my pillows were uncomfortable.

It was located close to all attractions.. Very convenient
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and rooms very clean.

Cons:

Beds were hard,pillows too soft and noise control was poor..could here people walking above us

Pros:

Only location wasnot bad and also I paid $316 but actual price was $128 .

Cons:

Smelly and stinky room and hallway and they gave us handicap room that I didnot even ask and it was 500 feet away from front desk ( even handicap room) And all nite dripping water from 2nd floor to first floor.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The reception area was bright and cheerful. Our room had a bit of a weird odor when we first entered but dissipated once we got settled. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room. Loved the breakfast/common area! Coffee was great and the breakfast items were plentiful. The entire space was very bright and welcoming.

Cons:

Parking spaces for guests were a little far from the entry, and not as well lit as I thought it should be. The entry itself looks like it could have, at one time, been a drop off to the hotel entry. Now it was just dark and a little scary not being able to see who was standing there. It was a little unsettling.

Pros:

Room was clean and beds were comfortable, rooms were decently sized. The breakfast room had simple offerings but was sufficient for our group. A 15 minute walk from the hotel to Mystic Village.

Buen hotel con buena ubicacion
Pros:

Habían dos inmensas cajas de pizza para que nos sirviéramos en la cafetería la noche que llegamos. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. La atencion muy cordial, todo bien.

Cons:

el ascensor un poco chico. La entrada no es muy visible. Tuvimos que dar toda la vuelta al hotel para saber por donde se ingresaba.

Breakfast was good and area was very clean and workers very friendly,

Cons:

I knew the hotel was pet friendly but didn’t know my room was going to be next to a room with dogs. I thought one section for pets and another section for non pets.

Absolutely no frills attached hotel. Yet it was clean and comfortable. AC worked great.
Pros:

The breakfast was only bagels and cereal.

Cons:

The doorways, doors, passages etc. are very dated and simply painted over. There should be ADA compliant entry to main "lobby". An automated door for people with luggage is needed. Huge disappointment.

Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

Horrible, full of preteen kids and dogs who ran around and made noise all day and night long. The walls had the thickness of paper so you heard Everything. Complaints were met with complete disinterest from the staff. Considering it was over 300 a night i expected some people to care and tell the kids to shut up. They did not. The kids swarmed breakfast daily and the 1 woman working struggled to keep things full, so we barely had anything to eat most mornings too.
