Good value, especially for the US
Pros:

Good value, nice outdoor pool, large rooms

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great and some of the staff were less than happy to be there!

Good place to stay .
Pros:

Good location. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Hilton diamond member for business. Avoid this property. It’s a remodeled Days Inn. Paper thin walls and ceilings. I was up each day at 4:15 am because the person in the room next door cell phone alarm penetrated through the walls with no sound proofing. Other colleagues complained of footsteps from the person upstairs making noise through the ceiling. Tiny bathroom, elevator is 30-40 years old, bagel bar is a joke, No breakfast meats or hot food. I expected more from a new brand. No in room keurig. On initial arrival the room door wouldn’t open with the proximity key because the lock was out of batteries. Promptly received new room. Best thing here is walking distance to Geno’s pizza for proper food and drink.

Pros:

Looks like it was recently renovated, and the furnishings have been upgraded. The pool looked great but we couldn't find time to swim. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast offered is fresh and simple. All in all It's a very nice little hotel.

Cons:

The floors are too thin. You can hear the footsteps for the rooms above.

When we raised our issues on day of Check Out manager was willing to listen to our class cerns

Cons:

My family and I traveled for the weekend. I have a sick child so we traveled with her to take her to mystic aquarium. However we were woken up to a fire alarm having us scramble in the morning to go outside and stand in the rain. Until we were told to go back inside. They said a toaster went on fire. We go upstairs to try and get breakfast and all other toaster we disconnected people were complaining so we ended up not eating breakfast and went to a diner.
Second and last morning we were woken up at 4 am to a horrible alarm in the room next door would not shut off we called the front desk they did nothing.My husband had to get out of bed and walk around the building to see where the alarm came from and it was the room next door. Quiet hours are from 10-7am well we got no rest at all. For us to get startled and woken up in that manner to nights in a row was not what l expected let alone traveling with a sick child. So we ended up checking out and having breakfast somewhere else. Overall we were not comfortable and did not get rest.
