Worst excuse for a Hilton we've ever seen!

Cons:

Design, no drawers for privacy from staff, horrible soundproofing, unbelievably rude night desk staff, "heated" pool was NOT heated! Paper cups, no glass? Cheap! The layout of the toilet, shower and sink were terrible. Impossible to use the toilet in the middle of the night without waking up partner. We are due a significant refund but I'm sure we won't see anything. We will NEVER stay at a Spark property again. Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on this brand!

solid choice for your coastal vaca
Pros:

Great place to use as a home base to explore coastal Connecticut and RI. It definitely seems like a standard motel that has had some Hilton upgrades. I would happily come back because it’s reliable and the staff were great!

Cons:

I was on the first floor this second time around and unfortunately the floor above must be really poorly insulated because we could hear everyone walking around in the room above us. It was a bit noisy!
