Que la piscina no posee piso antideslizante, lo que le ocasionó un accidente a mi esposa causándole una fractura, que aunque se hizo uso de la póliza del hotel, al regresar a nuestro lugar de origen dieron por cumplir el acompañamiento

Una muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel, me gusto la atención del personal, bastante limpio y bastante amplio el hotel, la piscina super limpia y las bebidas en la piscina super bien, los baños limpios.

Cons:

Las toallas me parecieron muy pequeñas, de pronto le hace falta a las habitaciones grandes otro aire acondicionado en la sala, y un buen tv en la salta tenía un tv que no servía, además ampliar un poco la señal de la wifi porque cuando todos están conectados en el hotel baja la cobertura.
