Broadmore Miami Beach

The swimming pool was closed. They said "during july" but the construction site looked like it had been closed for a long time. Their website still has pool images and no clear indication that the pool is closed.
The place is terribly dirty (stairs, room, elevator, entrance). The cleaning crew leave open garbage bags in the hallway near the elevator while working (probably because they don't have a service elevator) so you run into them
The elevator is not up to code. Takes more than 30 seconds per floor (I timed it) and it is not properly ventilated. Someone will have an accident soon.
The snack shop had only 2 bottles of water (literally) and nothing else.
There's a lot of rust in the room (the bed's base, the minifridge, the shelves)
It all looks like a place that is about to go bankrupt.

The physical plant was horribly run down. Nobody even bothered to take a paint brush to the entrance door. Bathroom tiny with tiny sink and toilet. Towels both gray and damp. Made me wait an hour at check-in to prepare the room. nobody else waiting. Outdoor ratan furniture (ratan) used as chairs with no cushions. Elevator unbelievably slow - used stairs to 4th floor.

You definitely get what you pay for I guess. Entire hotel old and in need of remodeling. Room was dirty, bed sheets had stains, towels yellowed with stains, garbage left under beds, rusty pipes in bathroom, drain in tub would not drain while shower was running. Front desk was understanding and nice though. They gave us a different room but it wasnt much better! Same spotted sheets and towels, someone's hair still left all over tiles in bathroom tub, bathroom sink leaked water from rusty drain and pipes all over bathroom floor, and tv didn't work. Another major disappointment is that the pool in hotel pictures is "closed for remodeling" which was not mentioned on website. Also, there is construction going on around the entire front of the hotel with fences blocking easy access to the beach. You have to walk all the way around the side of the hotel to get around the fences.

Muy malo el hotel, la verdad muy viejo y no es nada parecido a las fotos que están ahí en la pagina. Lo único bueno es que si tenes suerte y te ponen frente al mar, las vistas esta buena. Por todo lo demás no lo recomiendo para nada

Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs bc the elevator didn’t work .. the pool was closed the whole time and there was dirty towels in the floor of our room as soon as we walked in … no coffee pot for coffee but there was cups for it … no microwave to reheat food .. and we had to walk all the way around to get to the beach … I will never be back

Property could do with a general upgrade with decor and facilities rather dated;
at the time of my stay there was construction work underway outside the hotel

Room 503
1. I had to sit on the toilet sideways to fit and I am only 5 feet tall.
2. The bathroom needs some major work and cleanliness.
3. The fleece blankets stinks and dirty. Who knows when they were washed.
4. Not enough lighting in the room.
5. The only chair in the room did not have a cushion seat.

The hotel
1. Very old with dirty carpets on the stairs and heading to the pool
2.the elevator was super slow, so ancient
3. The pool is ancient as well

leaking water in bathroom, no parking

The elevator was sketchy so we opted for the stairs to the 5th floor.

The room has rusty parts on the ceiling where the tubes are covered with white pain. the beds had white sheets with stains.
They gave us a room that smells, mold. We requested change rooms and they gave us another room where the air condition was refreshing up the room.
The front desk was direct enough to say you get what you paid! which is that a professional service to give.

The smell. The toilet sis not flush. The sheets had stains on them and the place wasn’t well kept carpet though out the place was nasty
