Ritz-Carlton for the budget traveler.
Pros:

The Ritz-Carlton for The budget-minded traveler. What are we really looking for, the clean room, a great hot shower with plush towels and a wonderful bed. This place is in the middle of an upscale shopping district at the corner of two major interstates. Probably over 100 restaurants in a five mile radius. I am so happy that I found this place I'll be staying here every time I pass through town.

La cama era muy comoda y la habitación en general estaba bien.

Cons:

La nevera no funcionaba y tenia moho. La bañera no estaba del todo limpia y habia bastante ruido de gente que usa el parking para hacer ruido con los coches tuning.

Pros:

Loved how close the hotel was to everything in town

Cons:

When we first came into the room, it had a moldy smell, and in the morning there were loud noises coming from outside. It also sounded like someone was banging on the wall or slamming a door next to our room.

Not a good stay for an experienced traveler.
Pros:

Actually nothing!

Cons:

No full breakfast, no daily cleaning services, which they don't tell you about before you arrive. The location is not ideal and the evening staff is lack luster.

Sonesta was a great choice for Chattanooga!
Pros:

Rooms were very clean. Smell was good too. I have a fear of a clean but moldy smelling room. The bath products/hand products were nice and plentiful. Accommodated my need for an extra pillow. Tea (with honey too) and hot coffee. Check in was easy and room was ready 45 mins or so, early too (yayyy!! Because we were so tired and sleepy). Location was A+. Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Water pressure was very good. Price was very decent. I would stay hear again, for sure.

Cons:

Breakfast was not free. Pillows went flat very easily.
