It was pretty bad for first experience!
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The pool was closed. The breakfast was small. Kids kept banging on our room door and running away. Conditioner was empty. Coffee bar wasn’t stocked.

Pros:

Conveniently close to the interstate. Spacious room.

Cons:

There were stains that looked like they hadn't been cleaned from the couch. The walls and door has no sound barrier so you could hear someone talking or when the toilet flushed.

Decent for a one night stay
Pros:

It had free breakfast beds were pretty comfy

Cons:

They left a toilet brush in the room which I felt was unsanitary and a few hard rust stains in the shower

La ubicación siempre que tengas carro, xq estas cerca del area más comercial, pero estas lejos de la zona turistica.

Cons:

El turística., nos tocaron las sábanas sucias, en la puerta del baño había sangre, la ducha teléfono no se podía poner en la parte superior porque el techo estaba muy pegado, nos tocó bañarnos con la ducha en la mano, el piso desde las ducha estaba sucio, el aire se daño.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The shower was dirty, and we had to clean it. Our room was given away, and we had to take a room upstairs. The check-in clerk was rude, and did not tell us there was no elevator for our room. She even saw us grab a luggage cart and didn't stop us. The first time we stayed here we didn't have any problems. This experience is enough to make us never want to use this facility again. We ended up booking at another hotel for our second night. Extremely disappointing.

Cons:

Not really anything. The bed just had a strain around the bottom where the bed skirt was but the sheets were clean crisp and white.

*they have a table and chair in the room.

*I didn't like that the pool wasn't available when we were⁷ well into May. *There was hair in the shower.

It was very clean and great location

Cons:

There were no wash clothes the ac was broken and the bedroom door almost fell in my 1yr old son. And house keeping was rushing us at 10:30am when checkout is at 11am

Complaint
Pros:

We just checked in not able to access what we liked at this time

Cons:

We just checked in and were told there is no elevator after we were handed the key fir a second floor room. We asked fir 1st floor but none are available. Also we were told that the side entrance closest to our room may nor work for re entry so we had to carry our luggage through the hotel all the way to the end of the hall and made 2 trips with my husband. Both of us are over 65 and have mobility issues. We were not warned ahead of time and I didn't see anything on the booking app that stayed no elevator. The side doors are not working which is unsafe. Im very disappointed and am currently icing my knee.
