Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Room smelled strongly of smoke. Receptionist said hotel was full and no other rooms available and all she could do was a refund. She was very abrupt and offered no apology whatsoever. Not great customer service at all!

Pros:

Location, ease of reserving a room

Cons:

Was disappointed after paying a lot more to stay at a hotel that we thought would be a step above the others (definitely wasn't), and couldn't even provide breakfast with the price! And, somehow, the entire bathroom was drenched with water after taking a shower!!

RECOMMENDATION PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING!
Pros:

Absolutely terrible! It was extremely small, with a pull-out couch. Not to mention, with glitter, brown, and yellow stains. Then we called for towels, pillows, and wash cloths. They brought us towels and wash cloths… but said they called their manger because they had no pillows, which took over half and hour. The manager didn’t call back. And when going to shower and dry off, there was a booger waiting in the towel. The walls are all scuffed up, and it felt itchy and disgusting! theirs was not room, and for some odd reason, thier shampoo, hand soap, conditioner, and body gel, were all the same color and texture. And the person before me, left thier hair in the sheets. First, they didn’t have enough pillows. Now let alone, they must not have enough energy to change the sheets. Goodluck staying here, you’ll need it. Maybe even a miracle to survive. Best of wishes…. Overall I wouldn’t recommend COMING HERE.

The room was very nice the bed was super comfortable

The only issue I had was when I went to get in the bathtub I started the water and it was like a weird yellow color so I had to run it for about 10 minutes and then it was clear that is my only complaint otherwise everything is great
