Cons:

We were locked out of our room and the hotel doors every time we left. We had to go to the front desk to get keys remade. They never verified who we were. There is no elevator at this hotel. It is a two-story hotel when we needed more towels. It was like an inconvenience. It was not worth the money. Breakfast started at 7 AM not 6 AM. Therefore the majority of the people stayed in the hotel were softball players because it was a play and stay hotel that was requested that us stay at so none of us because we all had morning games and we have to be there an hour and a half before the game starts to practice we’re able to have breakfast that was supposed to be provided for us so just note that if you stay here, breakfast is at 7 AM in case you have an early morning start don’t depend on them. They had all the food out at 6:30 in the morning, but my daughter was told she couldn’t have any of it because they don’t open till seven.

Spacious, air conditioner was more than adequate.

Cons:

Bathroom needs maintenance/ updates.
Bed was not as comfortable as pics made it appear. Pillows were flexible but not great in comparison to other travel stays.

Excellent value and a great nights sleep!
Pros:

Clean room and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Quiet location, quiet facility, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Deceiving fees charged at check in that aren’t mentioned when booking, will avoid in the future.

Booked and rate said includes taxes and fees then was charged an additional pet fee that was more than the base rate once checking in. Power went out in the middle of the night (no storms). Will never stay with Sonesta again, Marriott and Hilton include all fees and don’t charge additional pet fee. No where on booking.com of sonesta website said additional pet fees will be charged. Will stick to booking direct with Hilton and Marriott in the future and avoid booking.com.

Still like Sonesta!!
Pros:

Every stay it is always quiet. The location is great, and breakfast was very good!

Cons:

The internet was awful, we couldn’t watch tv or use our phones for entertainment, it would start and stop. They also changed out the mini fridge, it is mini mini fridge now, even bottle water would fall out when the door opened. This was always our favorite place to stay.

Fine, except they need to clean better.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, eggs, toast, bacon. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and I slept well.

Cons:

There was a diaper on the floor in the closet. Didn't notice until we were leaving and doing a sweep of the room. We only stayed one night and didn't even look in the closet until then. It wasn't used. Told the staff about it, they apologized and said they would give us a discount on the room but nothing came of it.

No handicap rooms available at the time of our arrival
Pros:

When we arrived, there were no handicap facilities available. The room we would’ve been assigned was on the second floor with no elevators. However, they readily canceled our reservation and we quickly got a refund through Booking.com.

Cons:

I messaged the property indicating the need for a mobility challenged room. I never received a reply to my message.
