Comfortable stay, but to avoid a parking fee, I will probably stay at a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room. Good customer service. Hot breakfast.

Cons:

There is a $20 parking fee. It's in the "property policies" section, so you have to seek it out. This is not a downtown hotel. I didn't expect to pay for parking but it showed up on my bill. Just charge $20 more for the room and have free parking. Don't nickel and dime after I paid in full.

The room was clean.

Cons:

There was a fan in the bathroom that would not turn off completely. Even when you would think you were turning it off, it would turn back on 15 minutes later and stay on. Noticed this when we got back to the room around 10pm. We were too tired to attempt to change rooms and move all of our stuff. Unfortunately it was very disruptive to sleep with it on.

Staff was excellent. Facility was attractive.

Cons:

The low toilets. We had a bunch of gnats in the bathroom and the staff was very helpful. They offered to move us but we were already undressed so we just killed a lot of the gnats.

Parking tucked, check in also was long and frustrating after a long day of work.
Pros:

Staff was nice to explain that bookings.com credit card didn't work so I had to pay again in order to check in. They provided the bookings.com phone number and transaction number so I could ask for a refund. Bookings.com has not responded to my refund request by email or by phone so I will have to now dispute it with my credit card company.

I already recommended this hotel! Would come here again, no second thoughts!
Pros:

It's a great location, right by the freeway, yet quiet! Room had been given so much attention to detail (coat rack, a C-shaped coffee tray by couch, night light in bathroom, extra chair, sun and night pull down shades... etc) The breakfast was superb with lots of choices open for four hours, great coffee! Staff was very courteous! ($ 20.00/day parking fee but safe and spacious parking lot)
