Lovely friendly hotel
Pros:

In a good position for visiting Chester

Cons:

The rooms with disabled facilities would be better with the twin beds
There were 2 couples in our party that needed these facilities and they stated they would have found it easier with twin beds

Would have been much better if shower worked
Pros:

Close to city and plenty of parking(you do have to pay for this, but it’s worth it). Staff helpful, and working so hard.

Cons:

Our shower did not work. It was a mere trickle of water at best. Only realised at midnight when going to bed, then had to check out the next day feeling unclean. We did inform the staff, but not much they can do as they have to call a plumber and we were not staying another night.
Breakfast was a bit average.

Excellent stay - would recommend and come back again
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Can't remember everyone's name but Tony was superb and everyone else provided excellent customer service

Cons:

Could have a few more options besides black tea and coffee in the bedroom, but the drink machine in the dining area was 5 star and made up for it

Pros:

Close proximity to town.
Helpful staff.
Good breakfast selection.

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 1 teenager, especially if travelling around with three full suit cases.

The people who work in this hotel make it a wonderful experience.
Pros:

It’s a lovely bright, clean and comfortable hotel excellently located at the edge of beautiful Chester, within easy access to major routes. The staff are the highlight though. They are wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rashers at breakfast were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to make tea properly. Everything else was great.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness was fab ! Offered us an alternative room which was swift due to there being a connecting door which we could hear conversations and child crying. Location great, second stay here ! Shower amazing , comfortable beds, relaxed bar area !

Cons:

The connecting door to the next room was as if the family we could hear was in the same room as us. Not ideal when you are away for a relaxing couple of nights . This was resolved as we were given an alternative room. Cooked breakfast fair.

Pros:

Déception globale...

Cons:
