Great location - disapppointing experience.

Cons:

Selected double bed option but sadly given 2 single beds, reception staff stated room type not guaranteed under T&C’s. This ruined our romantic weekend away and if we had know we would have chosen a different hotel. We have never experienced this problem before. Highly disappointing and frustrating. £182 a night, £10 parking and single beds scenario overall poor.

Excellent.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - had everything you could want. Location really handy for the town centre. Had to pay £10 per night parking, but did not mind as it was a secure car park and the price of the hotel was extremely reasonable so the extra was neither here nor there. Would recommend.

Dissappointing!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay... Not the quality of my previous visit. We had a room with an adjoining door in it. Unfortunately a family arrived in this room with a noisy toddler and screaming baby. On request the staff move us to another room.

Cons:

Please get rid of adjoining rooms and sound proof the doorways. Replenish breakfast food rather than cook too much at once.
