Perfecto para pasar unos días. Parada de autobús al lado. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bien. Es muy nuevo todo.

A perfectly decent little hotel.
Pros:

Hotel Mercedes is a very basic hotel but perfectly lovely for all that. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are spacious. Nearby are several extremely lovely restaurants with delicious food (La Jibia, El Tavernetta, Casa Lucita, and Las Portillionas were all fantastic to eat at) and the public transport into Santander is frequent and reliable. We were staying as a group of eight, and they were very good about facilitating us.

Cons:

Two things could have been better. The breakfast could have used more fresh food (fruit, better quality yoghurt, more than one kind of cheese) and the temperature in August in a historic heatwave was very hot for rooms without air conditioning.

Desayuno muy completo. No tiene cocina pero excelente el

simple accommodate in excellent location with great staff
Pros:

Simple facilities but as described and even a little better than I expected. Breakfast had a good range of choice in a very pleasant breakfast room . Location and parking was excellent and there were several good restaurants in the vicinity. Room was nicely decorated and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money

Pros:

Abbiamo dormito una notte, perché la mattina dopo dovevamo prendere l’aereo. Posizione è ottima, vicino al aeroporto di Santander. Al mattino ci hanno dato la colazione al sacco visto che siamo partiti presto. Hanno parcheggio davanti che è molto comodo.

Hôtel très propre.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct par rapport à d’autres pourtant mieux notés. Lits confortables. Parking. Salle de bain baignoire + douche. Dimensions correctes.

Gute Ausgangslage für Santander und Umgebung (insbesondere die Höhlen und Picos de Europa).
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Der Parkplatz Boot immer ausreichend Stellplätze

Cons:

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage.
Unser Zimmer lag an der lauten Durchgangsstraße. Hier hätten Ohrenstopfen vom Hotel bereitgestellt werden müssen
