Dirty, poor amenities, horrible breakfast. Kids were playing in the lobby around 3:00am in the morning. They were shouting. This is the first time i’ve got a worst & disgusting hotels in my life 🤬😡

Outdated hotel, old worn out doors, common areas carpeting was filthy. Scary neighborhood. Several cars in a nearby parking lot by the Tim Hortons and laundromat has smashed windows, even saw a car with 3 bullet holes.
Location is scary. At least 12 vehicles were broken into the night we stayed, one of the vehicles being in our group. Person working front desk heard car alarm going off, looked outside, didn't see anything, but said he was scared for his life, and still didn't call 911. When he was questioned if he should call the cops, he said you did already. Then we asked if he should be taking pictures, and he said you did already. Then he said no cameras work in the parking area. Hotel was dirty. Beds were okay, but had reviews of bed bugs, but none were found. Swimming pool had garbage in it. Breakfast was offered but looked very bad. Our rood door did not shut all the way. We tried using the extra locks but they were broken from a previous break in to the room. I was very scared for the children we were traveling with. I will be contacting Ramada and telling them to no longer have their name on this hotel.

people barbecuing in the parking lot with furniture from the rooms, awful smell throughout the whole building, dirty pool with people outside with loudspeakers, people in their rooms with TV on max blast… just the beginning. was here for 1 hr and had to leave. honestly looked like a crime scene, was so bad if you want to come with family so please just find somewhere else to go because we didn’t feel safe staying here. we left and are finding somewhere else to stay because it was so dirty and scary. filthy bathrooms and disrespectful people.
i liked the idea of the king room.
there was dirty linens outside the window of the king room. there were crumbs in the beds

Didnot feel safe on the 1st floor in the back of the building.a pile of nasty bed linen on the ground outside the window. Old facility that is just painted over. Bathroom dood didnt close
