Didnot feel safe on the 1st floor in the back of the building.a pile of nasty bed linen on the ground outside the window. Old facility that is just painted over. Bathroom dood didnt close

The price for a week.

Cons:

The power kept going out for hours. The dryer doesn’t work for me to dry my clothes. The housekeepers did not clean my room until I practically begged them too.

Staff was helpful, came to help fix the tv & the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Weird smell when entering building/hallways. Tv & remote not working had to go get staff at the desk. Nobody was answering the phone & the staff member working the front desk, didn't know what # to call for the front desk. Bad location. Door didn't shut correctly because a bolt was out of place. Back door entrance broken, opens without swiping.

Cheap hotel with your basic necessities. Room was decent but no hot water (we didnt shower)

Cons:

$50 fee on my credit card wasn't reversed! Will give higher rating once customer service reaches out, if they do! Room was decent but no hot water (we didnt shower so it was okay), just needed a place to sleep that was closeby for a volleyball convention.
