The rooms need cleaned, mopped and swept, the front desk was rude when asked why no remote in room.

Cons:

When we walked into the room it smelled like stinky feet and there was a huge roach on the pillow. I captured the roach and took to the front desk which scared the girl. She stated that the exterminator had just been there that morning. She gave us a room that smelled a lot better with no bugs. However there were dogs barking at night and in the am and wafts of Marijuana started at Midnight. Also the breakfast was Meh!

This place was awful
Cons:

Loads of people partying in the parking lot. Dirty looking unkempt outside. We had a reservation but when we got to the ramada after a ten hour drive, they said no room available. We had to find another place on a Friday night. Booking.com listing of available rooms at the hotel was inaccurate. l I think the ramada was filled with people living there, not just travelers.
