If possible I would rate it 11/10
Pros:

Room was fabulous, we were lucky to get that particular apartment, it was a low season and we were lucky. Staff was super friendly, sauna was great, heated pool was great. I could go on and on. We will definitely go back here in the future!

Cons:

Honestly can't think anything! Restaurant was closed as it was off season, but there was plenty others around and we got that information before arrival!

Traumhaftes Hotel in Kaprun
Pros:

Normalerweise würde ich 10 Punkte geben,kann aber leider nur 9 geben,da das Restaurant geschlossen war,was für mich ein Kriterium war,um das Hotel zu buchen. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Appartement bekommen,was absolut traumhaft war. Das Personal war herzlich und zuvorkommend,der beheizte Pool ein Traum,das Frühstück reichhaltig und überaus lecker.
Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen und selbst dort nochmal nächtigen.

Daß das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen war.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage verfügbar, einen ganz hervorragenden Wellnessbereich und das Frühstück war spitze! Insgesamt ein super Paket!

Cons:

An einem Abend war das Restaurant von einer großen Gruppe belegt, was leider sehr lange Wartezeiten nach sich zog.

Že nám při příjezdu upgrejdovali ubytování z dvojlůžkového pokoje na apartmán a měli jsme se synem každý svůj pokoj
