Our stay at Mountain Hotel Luis exceeded all our expectations. Everything was simply outstanding!
The room was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we slept very well every night. The view from the room was beautiful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Kaprun and the surrounding attractions.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet offered a huge variety of fresh, high-quality products that delighted both adults and children. The freshly prepared omelettes were absolutely delicious and made every morning special.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality at the reception, as well as the complimentary refreshments available in the reception and spa areas – such a thoughtful touch.
The spa and wellness area was another pleasant surprise. It was clean, relaxing, never overcrowded, and the warm water was perfect after a day of hiking and sightseeing.
Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was even better than we had expected. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Mountain Hotel Luis to anyone visiting Kaprun.

The beds was not comfortable and feeling etchings all the night which mean that they aren’t cleaned, and they don’t clean the rooms every day
