Staying at crown plaza made our stay in Auckland just that much better than if we had stayed elsewhe
Pros:

The staff were most friendly making checking in and out a real easy process with a smile, plus a happy hello when passing reception to and from from the lifts. It makes a big difference a hello with a smile

Cons:

I can’t say that there was any dislikes. It was all good our stay at crown plaza

スタッフがとても親切でした。スカイシティの隣で、周りに飲食店も多く、とても便利です。建物はやや古さを感じましたが、リノベーションされているようで、不便さはなかったです。シャワーの出もよく、バスタブがあるのもポイント高いです。

It was a great stay and will use The Crown Plaza again
Pros:

The service was awesome, and the carpark availability and cost to park helped. The location is ideal a straight walk to the viaduck and easy to the civic centre.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. So much lovely choice. Bed very comfy and sheets just lovely. Fabulous spot so central to everything. Have stayed many times in the past and always great. 😊

Clean room, great location and a very good breakfast buffet
Pros:

The hotel was very nicely laid out and extremely clean with an amazing breakfast buffet. Also great location.

Cons:

We had problems with the TV working in the room and they were kind to send somebody to help but they were unable to fix it the first night and that was a bit frustrating after a couple hours of trying
