Pros:

Location was really convenient, as week as having parking right next to the hotel. Very clean and staff so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No cutlery in room to eat my salad however there is a restaurant down stairs and I know that i would’ve been able to to some if I had asked but I was too lazy 😅

Fantastic one night stay for an event in Auckland. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Location great, very central to all that you might want to do in downtown Auckland. Staff friendly and check-in was very easy. The refurbished room was excellent.

Cons:

Only dislike was the breakfast and not catering to a specific dietary need.
