Great location, lovely staff
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast and rooms are a good size with nice toiletries

Cons:

The bed was too soft and the pillow top mattress retained heat making for very warm nights despite the air conditioning. Room decor looks tired.

Muy lindo.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. La habitacion nuestra si bien las camas eran súper cómodas y grandes era una habitación vieja, el baño lo mismo. El gimnasio en cambio nos encantó, súper completo y muy limpio. Y el sauna es un extra que suma muchísimo, los baños y duchas espectaculares. El desayuno está muy bien, súper completo y ricos y de calidad los productos. Lo que no resulta práctico para nada es que el café haya que pedirlo a la moza, porque había una sola persona para ello y obvio la cola esperando era grande.

Cons:

No me gustó lo viejo de la habitación, contrasta con lo nuevo del lobby y zona de restaurant.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and I was so grateful for the cakes and bday card they wrote my partner. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the gym and sauna was great.

Cons:

Nothing really it was all really good. My kids were just sad there wasn't a pool or spa haha but they still had a good time

Beds were comfortable & clean. Nice & quiet. Really nice soaps etc.

Cons:

Told that room service was 24/7 but no mention of limited menu after 11pm or no alcohol could be purchased after 9pm. Having traveled from out of town for a concert we were interested in a feed and a drink to finish our night to be sadly disappointed. Pretty sure when booking online it said 247 room service also which was another plus for us booking at Crowne Plaza.
Rust stain in bath/shower & shower pressure not that great.

Was a lovely stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was very reasonable for the price.

The breakfast was ELITE! Such a great range and lovely service from all staff too.

浴室のお湯のシャワーとバスタブの切り替えボタンに不具合があり、フロントに頼んだところ、外出中にメンテナンスの人が直してくれた。ただ、設備が全体的に古いように思いました。
