Pros:

Everything. Excellent central location. Multiple eateries near by as well as fully appointed restaurant. Close to Civic theatre. Staff very helpful. Atmosphere excellent will definitely stay again if visiting and want central local

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Great location! And I reserved a high floor so was away from all the noise, slept really well. Even though they had mentioned there may be some construction due to upgrades of rooms, I didn’t hear a thing.
