A well placed property underperforming consistently.
Pros:

It is well placed to explore one of the best cities in the world. A pair of gentlemen that bussed tables during the breakfast offering were very kind and efficient.

Cons:

Front desk staff indifference that bordered on rude. The fitness center was in shambles, only 2 of the 5 treadmills worked normally. Housekeeping seemed to almost be trying to avoid actually cleaning the rooms and when they did enter certain things like dirty water glasses or empty shower soap weren’t replaced.

-Great location, close to everything and train/bus stops outside
-Big room/very convenient for a family, large luggages etc

Cons:

The breakfast quality wasn't great, but for the US, it was fine.
