The check in time is so much delayed, it should be 1:00 pm.
Perfect downtown location, clean rooms, and a good breakfast.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked despite my confirmed reservation. They arranged a room at a nearby Hilton hotel for the first night. Thankfully, the manager apologized and offered me a discount.
The location and the building's design - the layout was special with the giant atrium.
No housekeeping - it wasn't until the morning we were checking out that anyone came by to ask, so i had to ask for towels and slept on dirty sheets.. That was despite having no "sleeping in" sign hung on the door.
Clean, comfortable and very close to all attractions.
Free drinks between 5-7pm and great continental breakfast.
Staff could be friendlier during breakfast and happy hour…

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant, which is a private restaurant not affiliated at the hotel but the food there was fabulous. My husband said the breakfast was acceptable and that hotel breakfast style. I didn’t eat it myself. There are special perks here if you’re a Hilton honors person.
Oh my God it was so loud we had to have white noise going on our phone at night but with all the street traffic. Also, the hotel is one of those kinds where there’s the open concourse with like balconies that you walk to to get to your room instead of having like a closed in way and so you have all of the atrium noise on one side and all of the street noise on the other, so it can be very noisy.

El trato del personal, puntualmente el destrato recibido. Tampoco me gustó la gestión de Booking, ni la defensa que me dio como cliente, teniendo en cuenta que yo había reservado en un precio y me cobraron el 50% más sin explicación en una y sin ningún tipo de respuesta por parte de Booking.
Lovely lounge. Restaurant on site was delicous. You can order out or dine in. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Complimentary daily drinks. Nice view the higher you get. Valet service. Hot breakfast with omelet station. Right in the heart of the city. 100% walkable. Accommodating. Comfortable bed and pillows. Consistent hot shower with good water pressure.
Laundry facilities were awful. If you are doing a extended stay and need to do laundry just use there Laundry services instead. They have one washer and one dryer for all 11 floors. Dryer didn't work at all, spent 2 hrs trying to dry damp clothes. Ended up laying everything out all over the room to air dry. $500 security fee due at check in, daily parking fee will be deducted at the end of the stay from security deposit. Parking garage is narrow, and easy to miss. You go down a incline to enter. Exiting can be tricky due to incline up/pedestrians/ and on coming traffic. Terrible wifi even with Hilton rewards account.
The room was big, clean, and comfortable with nice views of the surrounding area. The location is excellent!

The lounge room was separate from the bedroom. We had plenty of room for bags and somewhere nice to sit and relax. Microwave was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing. It was close enough to walk downtown.
