It was a decent stay with great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to places such as the Aquarium, Field Museum, and the Millennium Park. Staff was also super friendly.

Cons:

The indoor pool severely needs a remodel. Mold was seen on the ceiling with duct tape applied to where the numbers of the depth of the pool used to be. Out of the 4 nights that we stayed, a housekeeper only came once to check if we needed more towels.

Ubicación y la disposición de la habitación

Cons:

Mal calculado los elevadores. Haces mucho tiempo esperando cuando está lleno el hotel. El desayuno amontonado. No se disfruta de tanta gente que había. No nos hicieron el cuarto un día. Se les olvidó. No sacaron la basura.

Besides those technicalities, our stay was great!! Will definitely return!!!
Pros:

The location was great!! Walking distance to every tourist attraction!!

Cons:

Our room was 529, right next to the stairwell! Bumping all throughout the night!!
Also the shower curtain is short, so water was coming out of the shower. And when asked for late checkout, they said there wasn’t anymore available.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, so we could walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was beautiful—so many options! Our room was spotless and super comfortable. On top of that, we visited Navy Pier and explored downtown, plus we checked out the biggest Starbucks Reserve, which was amazing! A truly fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back
