Try being honest with the clientele.
Pros:

That the manager was polite enough to give me my refund.

Cons:

We cancelled once we arrived. After calling the day before and the same day to confirm the pool was working and available for swimming once we arrived. Only to be told again that the pool was available to hear another patron come to the front desk to ask when the pool would be available to learn not until the day after our visit. The front desk girl stated we were told to tell clients the pool would be back online by 4pm Thursday.

Good location, we may have just had bad timing with the groups that stayed there during our visit
Pros:

location is great, close to great restaurants and to our family members

Cons:

The weekend we were there was like a kids convention, kids ages 8-18 were running all over and were loud, disrespectful and overall obnoxious. The staff was at a loss at what to do with this group. They were very loud right outside of our room at 3am.

La ubicación del hotel, lo limpio de todas sus instalaciones.

Cons:

El colchón del sofá camas estaba muy suave y era un poco incómodo. El estacionamiento es bastante costoso, más de la mitad del valor de la habitación era el costo de parking. La comida del desayuno no tenía mucha variedad.

We love this hotel, the staff is outstanding - except at the check in!!!
Pros:

the room was excellent, we had issues with one of our rooms with a very strong pot smell that came thru the vents from another room. They were moved to another room without any hassle and that was not the hotels problem, the guests were the issue.

Cons:

I called to make the payment on 4 rooms so there wouldn't be any issues when my children arrived. The hotel took my information and still wanted to charge 2 of my children for their rooms. I now see on my credit card statement that I have all kinds of charges and credits. I have not printed it all out to see if it all equals out!!!

Great staff and breakfasts
Pros:

The staff was above all expectations, very kind and always ready to offer help with anything on the stay.

Breakfast is amazing. The people at the bar in the afternoon are very kind (sorry I'm too bad with names)

Cons:

The bathroom in the non-suite rooms is a little too small. Aside from that the room was great.

Good Hotel - Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Excellent location with all the key attractions under a mile radius.

Cons:

The heater wasn't working properly and I complained a couple of times but wasn't fixed. Valet parking was redicoulsy high at 79$ per night. There was no safety locker box.
