Good value for money and great location if you’re will to take the stairs at times.
Pros:

Great location. Property is a bit dated and the elevator system is snail-like slow but the rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly.

Cons:

The elevators take forever - even though there are four of them.

Would stay again
Pros:

Room was great and comfortable, however, I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night, very romantic for them but not so much for me, lol. It wasn't too bad, as it didn't keep me awake but it was noticeable.
The bathroom tub could have used a new coating as it seemed to have some staining on the surface but again, this wasn't a deal breaker for us as it was clean otherwise.
Housekeeping was very kind and attentive. Hot breakfast was GREAT and they had made to order omelets!!!
The happy hour, two free drinks and snacks, was, also, wonderful!

Cons:

The parking fee!! but everywhere in Chicago had this so I cant blame the hotel; I blame Chicago!
The hotel itself did not have a parking garage, but had a valet garage which charged, I believe, $75/night. This was seemed costly to me. However, to note, the hotel puts a hold of $100 per night for incidentals on your credit card and the valet fee, should you choose to use it, comes out of that which was OK as I was able to pretend I had free parking, at least until my credit card bill arrives.
Only other negative was the pool was under maintenance during our stay but they did offer free escorts to their sister property for the use of their pool, we did not do this but was pleased that they at least offered.

Pros:

Large, spacious, comfortable suite. Very happy with the value for the size of the room.

Cons:

When I went to check in at the counter. I stood there waiting forever while the two check-in employees spent their time talking to one another, and the guy who did check me in was not very friendly.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda.
La ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad, tanto caminando como en transporte público.

Cons:

予約変更の手続きができておらず宿泊していないのに宿泊代金がとられた挙げ句に追加で90ドルも請求されてなんの説明もなく何度問い合わせをしても一切回答が得られない。カスタマーサービスの観点からいってありません。
