Great location and every staff person we encountered were courteous and friendly. The breakfast choices were very good and the happy hour was a very nice added treat.

I liked that most of the good restaurants are close to hotel. Easy to ask for an Uber. Groceries store is across the street from hotel. The hotel was close to the main park.
I had to pay extra for the parking garage. The receptionist couldn't give un an extra day to stay. The subway around the corner didn't have a public restroom. To noisy.
Great location between Navy Pier and Muesums etc.. Nice Bodega next door. The Happy Appy Hour was Lovely. The pool was ok. Missing a hot tub. The room was OUTSTANDING!!! Dining table, Couch, meal prep area. Bathroom was large and very clean. The sleeping quarters had a great view, was very large and had 2 very comfortable queen beds.

The pool was smaller than I expected but wasn’t an inconvenience and definitely strongly chlorinated.
The location was great. It is within 20 minutes walking distance to Navy Pier, Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile. Ballys casino was a block away. I loved this area, so much to do and is very lively. This property serves a fabulous breakfast. Eggs to order, so many other choices. Lots of places to sit in the atrium to eat. The cooking staff is very pleasant. Additionally in the evening there is a reception where you get free drinks.
The initial contact person at the front desk who checked us in seemed impatient to the questions I was asking. However, other staff members were wonderful.
