Location was good.
Room was not cleaned every day despite asking. Iron stand n toilet was broken which had to be asked for repair. I wasn’t offered complimentary water bottles upon check in which was being done for other guests.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé à Chicago pour visiter la ville. Le soir, le quartier est animé et proche des boites de blues ou de jazz.
L'hôtel est agréable et propose des appartements de 2 pièces : Chambre, salle de bains, kitchenette avec micro onde (mais pas de vaisselle) et salon avec canapé lit. En voyage, avec notre fille, elle avait donc son espace dans le salon, et nous dans la chambre. (En général, les hôtels proposent 2 grands lits dans la même pièce !)
Mention spéciale au personnel du petit déjeuner, absolument adorable !
Petit plus : apéro gratuit le soir de 17H30 à 19H00 !
L'accueil : Un jeune homme désagréable parlant très vite et ne donnant aucune explication : horaire de petit déjeuner, infos sur l'apéro du soir, emplacement de la piscine, de la salle de sport... Il ne doit pas être habitué à recevoir des étrangers...
La piscine : un peu désuète, l'eau un peu fraiche.
Le petit-déjeuner : il pourrait être plus varié : tous les jours, oeufs brouillés, saucisses, pommes de terre rapées.... Il y a quand même un "stand" omelette, mais il faut faire la queue.
There was no running water!!!!! From 10pm-5am you couldn't use the toilet, sink or shower! And our TV was broken so you couldn't even watch anything.

The room was very quiet even the hotel was packed. The suite was very large with everything we needed, had a wonderful time.
Breakfast was very basic, few items to choose from and the omelette station very slow because of long lines and only one person cooking. Breakfast is free (at check out time they made it clear is a hotel courtesy), so don't paid for it in your reservation and make sure you arrived with plenty time before the closing time because they shut down everything exactly at the time showed in the hotel card. Two free drinks in the evening at mezzanine level (with some popcorn, cheese or crackers). I think if they add one more person in peak times to the omelette station it will help a lot.
