There was a blonde girl at reception desk, very very unfriendly, made me feel very bad, not answering to question, very bad behavior
Great location and everywhere is within walking distance or easy to catch a nearby tram. Easy to get to via the bus and train transport system. The funicular is fun to use and to catch the sights from above. Disappointed that the bar wasn't available to all guests to enjoy the views at the time of visiting. Issue with the ACU creating noise and the room was hot, but after speaking to reception we moved rooms and the issue was immediately resolved.
