Room was fine, view from roof terrace also, but not specatcular. The furnicular which takes you to the upper part of the hotel (and the roof terrace) is fun, especially if you are travelling with children.
Breakfast very good, excellent bread.
The swimming pool was disappointing: right down in the basement, no natural light, quite dim. Felt claustrophobic, rather kafkaesque actually. I had to pay 15 Euros just to see it, but then didn't use it.
The hotel kindly arranged for a taxi to collect me from the airpoirt, as I was arriving late. The driver was nice, arrived on time, but charged 60 Euros. If you order a Bolt it's much cheaper I was told.
The hotel has no immediate access to public transport; the immediate surroundings are suburban and there are lots of main roads. The nearest Metro station is about 10-15 mins walk away.

Ráda bych poděkovala za velmi příjemný pobyt, který jsem absolvovala v rámci pracovního meetingu. Velmi si cením milé pozornosti, které se mi dostalo jako vybranému hostu dne – opravdu mě to potěšilo !
Pokoj byl čistý, klidný a nadstandardně vybavený, což přispělo k celkovému komfortu a pohodě během pobytu. Snídaně byla vynikající, s pestrým výběrem kvalitních pokrmů.
Velmi pozitivně hodnotím také konferenční prostory, které byly perfektně připravené a ideální pro pracovní setkání. V neposlední řadě bych chtěla vyzdvihnout příjemný a ochotný personál, který byl vždy k dispozici a ochotně pomohl.

Non si poteva regolare temperatura della stanza, ho chiesto intervento alla reception e non sono riusciti ad intervenire consigliando di tenere la finestra aperta, così ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta
Сотрудники на ресепшене всегда были доброжелательны. Особенно хочу отметить сотрудника Кирилла, который всегда был готов помочь с любым вопросом. Завтраки в гостинице разнообразные и вкусные, отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить барист за отлично приготовленный кофе. Номер был чистым и уютным, уборка проводилась ежедневно. Мне понравилось всё с удовольствием вернулся бы сюда снова. Спасибо гостинице NH Prague City за прекрасное пребывание!

The location, the staff, cleanliness of the place, and well connection to some entertainment. Plus we asked for breakfast to be included - which was a good choice and highly recommend it, if you plan to walk whole day long and maybe have 2 full meals for the day. It is definitely filling, and huge, rich selection of food. For my partner it was the 3rd time to stay here, and he appreciated that this hotel is consistently very good and reliable accomodation.
Cant pinpoint anything. Whatever we desired the hotel staff was super helpful to make it happen.
