Nice hotel but lady from the breakfast service had spoiled all the good impression.

Clean, nice hotel, the location is good. The spa zone is very good.

Cons:

The lady, who is in charge of breakfasts, had spoiled all the mood and stay at this place. I have rented a room and one breakfast was included to the price. I had a guest for breakfast at this hotel, for which we were absolutely fine to pay in addition during check out, but this lady came to us being extremely rude and grumpy, like if we have stolen smth and the first and only thing she said raising her voice at us was “I am gonna charge you 25 euro per breakfast, because you paid only for one person stay!” I don’t understand what’s the need to be THAT unfriendly and rude to guests.

Super schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Interieur ist schön und modern. Das Spa ist sehr angenehm. Das Bad war groß mit einer rießigen, bodenebenen Dusche. Es war absolut sauber. Toilette und Dusche waren separat, was extrem praktisch ist.

Cons:

Wenn man die Umgebung nicht direkt wegen der Berge oder des Skifahrens nutzt, ist der Ort etwas abgeschieden und hochpreisig.

Nach einer regnerischen und kalten Radtour genau das Richtige.
Pros:

Schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung. mit großem Wellnessbereich mit diversen Saunen. Gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ein tolles Haus, auch für einen Sommeraufenthalt.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir einen Online Meldeschein zum vorgängigen Ausfüllen gewünscht.

Die Junior-Suite war wirklich toll und mit gedeckten Balkon!!
Badezimmer mit Dusche UND Wanne!
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und feine Menue-Karte für Abendessen.
Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Cons:

bei einer Junior-Suite in diesem Standard fehlt eigentlich nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank/Minibar o.ä. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau

Hotel in allen Facetten Perfektion.
Sehr gute und freuindlicher Service - Sehr entgegenkommendes Personbal.
