It was good entrance to the hotel need ramp at front. Getting in the back was smelly area was very difficult with the wheelchair.see

Gem of a find on Southbeach! We booked a dayroom after our cruise and had such a fun day here! The staff are so friendly. Had a great day on the beach then lunch at the restaurant. Lobster tacos were fabulous! Highly recommend this hotel. Super clean and great location!

We had the absolute best time at the Waldorf in Miami Beach. We upgraded our room last minute, and it ended up being the best decision. The hotel was incredibly convenient and walkable to everything.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every single person was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We especially loved our interaction with Oscar. It’s people like him who make experiences unforgettable and are exactly why we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Waldorf Towers. The hotel is very well located, close to everything in Miami Beach, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Ruben, who went above and beyond to assist us and made all our requests easy to accommodate. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again.

Perfect Art Deco building, recently renovated, with beautiful colors throughout. Excellent service, Ruben at the front desk was great. The restaurant outside was excellent as well. Right in front of the beach, and I really loved the location. I’ll definitely be back for sure

What a fun time. We booked a day room at the Waldorf for use because of a late flight out of Miami, after disembarking from a cruise. We were greeted at the front desk by Oscar -- what a fantastic way to be greeted. He was so helpful in every way -- offering to walk us to our room as well as carry our bags up the very short set of steps. He was so friendly, making us feel at home. The room was fun and funky and perfect for a short rest and a good shower before our flight, after spending a sweaty day in the heat. We didn't end up using the beach passes -- choosing to shop instead -- but I bet the experience would have been great. I'd highly recommend the Waldorf for day or overnight stays -- and just to see Oscar again!

The location was perfect public beach public gym on the beach, free beach chairs and towels. Walking distance from various restaurants and shops.
Room very spacious, clean and comfortable king size bed.
Very good restaurant with great food and services. Specially the hostess Mili, server Rafaela and Celeste the manager

Ruben in the front desk was wonderful.
Atmosphere was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at Waldorf Towers. Very comfortable, great food, great location and incredibly helpful/friendly team. Oscar in particular was super informative and couldn’t do enough to help.

Great location and terrific service for my ResortPass stay. I only had 6 hours in Miami Beach, but this hotel made it possible for me to get a good walk in and shower before my evening flight.
