Please note that deliveries are accepted 1 week prior to guest's arrival. The hotel will return packages that arrive earlier or after guest's departure. The first 3 packages are handled free of charge.

A beautiful little place convenient to everything
Pros:

Convince to everything. Lots to do while waiting for your room if you arrive early. Loved the cute unique elevator. When you are in the lobby if you look you will see this little door, open it up and there is the elevator. Such a cute way to hide the obvious ordinary look. And the staff was top notch. Cannot say enough.

Cons:

It really didn’t bother me but it may someone who does not like nose, but it was quite noisy way up in to the night. But hey it’s Miami. I would stay there again for sure.

Pros:

El desayuno muy pobre. contratado a un restaurant en la planta baja. Buena atención pero la calidad y cantidad muy pobre en relación al valor que pague por el breakfast

Cons:

El desayuno y el valet de limpieza de la habitación tuve que avisar en dos oportunidades que no habian limpiado la habitación

Overall nice stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great, however construction on the each was a little setback but can still access and view the beach directly in front of hotel. Walls were a little thin and heard outside and people next door. No pool but ok for short stay.

Cons:

Beds were ok but not as comfy as some hotel beds. Would still stay here for a short visit like we did

Überteuert, dunkles Loch da Fenster im Milchglas war, laute Klimaanlage .zimmer 107 istnicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut,direkt am Ocean Drive

Cons:

Es gab Fenster leider , nicht durchsichtig und nicht zu öffnen da sie zum Hinterhof lagen.
Klimaanlage extrem laut.

Fabulous hotel and location and will stay again in future
Pros:

Fantastic location beach front and walkable to all main attractions.

Hotel was clean and well maintained and staff were friendly.

Resort fees covered 2 x loungers on Beach.

Breakfast voucher was $30 for 2 people and that was good value for money.

Cons:

No pool and although resort fee covered 2 x loungers it didn’t include umbrella which was an additional charge at beach.

Christmas on the beach!
Pros:

Location to the beach, the complementary valet while the street is closed. (Unsure if that's permanent now)

Cons:

The free entry coupon given to me to another establishment wasn't honored so honestly, can't blame Waldorf Towers for that. View from my room was of the building next door, but I didn't choose that place to look out the window all day. XD
