Nice place to stay if you're on a tight budget.
Pros:

The rate is cheap compared to the other hotels in the area. I also like the swimming pool; it's not crowded. The location is close to the church and the house of my sister that we visited. The breakfast is nice, but maybe next time add more options.

Cons:

I don't like that when we ask for an extra towel the lady at the front desk got upset and ask why are we asking for a towel, when we already ask for it and she gave us two already. We did not have a replacement since our room has no room service each day, so we did not get a supply each day. we need the towels for the next day.

Horrible staff did not get the value of my booking in the weekend was ruined

The room was packed so we didn’t have the time to stay for breakfast

Your staff was rude and inconsiderate. I booked a room with 2 beds for my 8 year old son and I. I was told you didn’t have a room with 2 beds when I went to check in so they gave me a room with 1 bed. When I said that wasn’t acceptable they gave me $10 off I asked if there was a couch or something other than a chair for my son to sleep on they said “no your out of luck”. My son was so mad he had to sleep on a chair it ruined our entire thanksgiving weekend. What 8 year old wants to sleep with his dad? How hard was it to offer something to cheer him up?

They already pre charge my card thru online but again asked for physical card. They can charge the card which i registered online as payment for the whole stay but why the staff asked for physical card again. HASSLE AND ANNOYING.

Pros:

I booked it solely on price and I needed a business centre their photos showed they had one… maybe they did? Before it became a refuge hotel cause that’s what it felt like. I was constantly looking out to windows to see if my vehicle was be broken into.

Don't even think about to stay at this hotel

Cons:

Dirty , very dirty. No window and central cooler wasn't working but they kept saying than it works. At the end they suggest me to keep the curtuins closed. I asked for hose keeping because of floor was sticky and they kicked me out of the hotel. All street worker girls and drug dealers at that hotel

Stay was comfortable and relaxed but the breakfast was disappointing.
Pros:

Limited continental breakfast. Made for quick choices. Hot coffee with cold orange juice. Toast and cereal.

Cons:

Place was very busy. Waffle makers were busy and took too long. Limited availability. Also limited alternative options.

Front staff greats, pool great, rooms need some TLC and breakfast staff need some better training.

The pool, waterslide, and hot tub was great. Breakfast tasted good. Price was right. Front staff was great.

Cons:

Our electrical plugs had no plates behind the beds and the plugs for the lamp etc were bent, kinda scary. The rooms were clean enough,but lacked the coziness there was only two towels in our room when it was a double room and they knew there were 4 of us staying. The room temperature was not really controllable. The air conditioner didn’t work it just added some air flow at least and the sound noise maker we need. The breakfast room is very small and with the hotel being full the line ups were there and the ladies working the breakfast were trying to take food away and turn people away who were waiting for a while and well before breakfast was done. Sorry but if you only have now waffle maker that is not the customers issue, they needed to be more relaxed and more accommodating. Especially when they didn’t restock stuff. I had to ask for more milk for the cereal twice, they wouldn’t restock anything after 9:20 it seemed and everything was already out. I asked them for milk, boiled eggs, bread, muffins. They did not seem to like their job. I’ve never experienced that before at a Wyndham location especially in the kitchen staff. Everyone was asking them for stuff as they just like to hang out in their back room. Many stayers made comments about amongst other guest how we felt like we were being a nuisance to them trying to get the basics breakfast stuff( they weren’t out they just didn’t want to do their jobs).

The staff was nice

Cons:

It's a hotel is badly run down. The rooms were outdated and small. You can't have a bath because there's no plug for the bathtub. The water pressure is terrible.
Could barely get wet in the shower
The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy. As if they'd been there for years, the odor in the hotel was old and musky will not be attending this hotel ever again. The continental breakfast was very poor.
