The rooms were OK. The bed was too soft. There were burn marks on the sink. It felt ghetto. There was gross stuff floating in the hot tub. The pool was fun though. The front desk person we got at night was rude. The day person was friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady ruined the morning she was rude racist and miserable. Some black lady. One waffle per ticket when it clearly said four people.

staffs were not friendly, from Front desk to breakfast attendant..... only housekeeping is good. and the pool is out of order very disappointed
Decent stay. Definitely a blue collar hotel for those who aren't particularly discerning but have a job to do.
Control the rif raf better
I dont have a credit card so I use my Mastercard debit to pay the room fees and to secure a deposit. Only I dont find out that this very fact is going to cost me three hundred instead of two hundred. The lady working the desk that night was very condescending and rude about the whole thing and offered no solution to any of it even though the fact is that nowhere on the booking app or on their own website do they tell you that. So, in other words, I was unable to cover that extra 100 dollars and therefore was refused lodging. I haven't had to sleep on a park bench for many years but I did that night. Unacceptable. Then to top it all off, they turned around and charged my debit card the full cost of the room that they refused to let me rent!!!!! I will never give them my business again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone else neither.
The rooms were big! Lots of space to move around.
