BEDBUGS EVERYWHERE
Pros:

I like the clients they're a lot of good people here some of the staff is pretty okay but some were extremely rude and unhelpful and judgmental

I sure didn't like that my room was infested with bed bugs and I got bites all over my body I've never seen bed bugs in my whole life never been bitten by them until I've been here they refuse to give me any of my money back and asked me to leave the hotel the next day my clothes I had about $4,000 worth of clothes and work here for the oil rigs I had to throw them all away because they didn't take the proper measures to steam clean them and they put me in another room after without they told me to take my clothes into that other room so without cleaning my clothes or anything they told me to go into another room which I'm sure if my the room I was in had bed bugs well they're probably all over my clothes and they told her oh yeah just bring your clothes in there they just move me into another room they don't care about their clients I've heard a few people complain about bed bugs here and all they do is just shoot them out and be very rude to them and turn it against them like there's a victims when really the client is a victim for paying money to stay in a bed bug infested room I literally had to throw away all my clothes because I can't take him to my job site where I will contaminate it was 10 bucks a very very very unhelpful like I said they're just trying to make you the bad guy when really it's them that doesn't keep their hotel clean and doesn't take the proper measures when there is a bed bug incident to not let it spread this place should literally be shut down it's absolutely disgusting there's there's like a swimming pool in here with the water slide and they they really don't care about the bed bug situation here but I pursued Avenues to get compensation from corporate office and the booking site I booked this s*** hole through so everyone be aware they're bed bugs everywhere

Cons:

Shower didn't work. Tub faucet dripping constantly. Cigarette burn marks in carpet. Wall was dirty ceiling tile had water damage.

Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

Everything was not okay, rooms smelled, showers not working, over crowded pool and over capacity, not a free breakfast have to get vouchers to even eat especially limited food, over all stay was not idea especially for the price, AI generated images false advertisement. Expect more.

Crowding at pool..maybe post simple rules of usage to pool in larger font..make more visible..

Crowding at breakfast..tv didn't work as great..plug in to wall didn't hold chargers properly.. maybe have more than 2 wafflers as it seems they are a hit over other regular items served..

Hotel is on a good location

Cons:

I’ve stayed here a couple times in the past and the facilities keep getting run down. Airconditions not working properly, holes and rips in carpets, elevator dirty/not clean, breakfast room way too small, shower doesn’t work properly and the hallways are starting to have mouldy smells.
