Pros:

Nothing really. Super old hotel with tiny old beds.

Cons:

The swimming pool was tiny and the hot tub was dirty, the jets weren't working.

We ended up not staying and booking in a new hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Building had broken down vehicles in parking lot, broken windows. Room had no A/C, bugs crawling on the floor. Room smelled like smoke.

Love it all, I stay there regularly. Pool is great, rooms were fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was ridiculous. There was no butter, no eggs, no fruit, no yoghurt. All that was there was bread, and waffles with no butter….
I stay there all the time, and I would like some sort of refund, as I brought 4 other people with me and they were disgusted, and likely won’t stay there again unless something is done about this.

Lock your expensive things up.

Pool was great for the kids

Cons:

Pretty sure someone-house keeping stole my expensive foundation, not so expensive foundation and exspensive setting spray, I'm very organized with my makeup kit and my makeup doesnt leave my makeup bag.
I'm now home looking through my makeup without any foundations (I had 2) and my setting spray gone.

There was quite a few rough characters hanging around too... soon as I pulled up a man ODing at the front, another time I arrived and a girl who was out of her mind was asking for a ride to where? She didn't even know where?
Breakfast was meh, bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, waffles.

I really don't like writing bad reviews and I'm not a picky person, but this has never happened to me before.

The breakfast was no good no options watery coffee. Not enough towels a room for 4 people we were only given 2 towels and had to ask for more and ask for toilet paper. No towels in the swimming pool.

The bed was comfortable, and well supplied with required items.

Cons:

it took 10 mins of running a tap to get hot water. WHAt a WASTE of a precious resource. There appeared to be mold on the walls. the room is tried and need some tlc

Price for Stay and Relaxing Weekend was Just Right.
Pros:

Staff promptly moved us from 1st floor to 5th. Customer service was really good. When we had a question or need assistance they stayed on top of it. Our 1 bedroom room with king bed and sofabed was clean and I liked that we had 2 separate bathrooms with bathtub. We were on the top floor so was alot quieter. That helps tremendously. The space met our needs for a spa girls weekend.

Cons:

Originally we had our room on the main floor, but it smelled of smoke. While the hotel is non-smoking the suite was directly near the back entrance where the smokers are outside. The hottub jets were not working. There are some shady people sometimes roaming and and incident in the pool. I suggest security should be in that building. The breakfast was crazy. They didn't extend to the overflow area, which would have been really helpful with this spring break weekend crowd. I heard numerous vocal complaints from guests in the breakfast area that items were running out before closing time.
