We enjoyed the waterpark,the guests were pleasant, we enjoyed meeting several people,with/ and without dogs,( who also seemed to enjoy the dog run ),the staff was very accommodating , the cleaning staff was exceptionally good,and very kind .we enjoyed the games room as well.okayed some old school street fighter, ect.love them arcade games!.we enjoyed the expertise RM too,which was open all night.abd breakfasts in the mornings was wonderful.
It would have been nice for those who still enjoy a cigarette ,to be able to sit on a bench or chairs or something when outside, and the mosquitos ( hated those!) and the resteraunt wasn't open yet,so I ordered a steak from across the highway, ( should have saved my money lol)..

Towels, only 2 pairs prepared when I book for 4 person.
It is a dump, smelly hotel with homeless people staying overnight, shady people all around. Staff had no extra pod of coffee when asked, the clean sheets were pulled out from behind the garbage, and the dirty sheets. Dirty sheets scattered by the door, the guest yelling and screaming all night.

Dirty, smells like wet dog, bugs in bed, staff didn’t seem to care much
The room was big and clean, with all the desks. The king bed was a bonus upgrade for me. Everything was working fine in the room. No issues. The breakfast was also great, and a variety of choices.

The bed slides on the floor so easily when laying down
The free breakfast was not that great and they were out of almost everything. And it was very messy
The included breakfast was basic but adequate. Room cleanliness and comfort was adequate for our two night stay.
The heat/air conditioning (in our room) was not functional. Our concern was made known to the hotel which did offer to change our room. This was not possible due to our schedule.
The TV was almost useless as the guide of channels was, for most channels NOT showing the expected program.
