Pros:

The pool area was good for our purposes. Location was good for us and the room was clean, beds comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast space and what was offered left much to be desired. Toast & cereal is barely a continental breakfast. The space was no bigger than a double hotel room. I felt bad for the young lady trying to keep things stocked for the guests.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!
Pros:

This hotel was booked as a team for a soccer tournament, it was booked because it was Dog friendly and it had a pool. Do not book this hotel! It is rundown it is unclean, bedbug were found in one of the girls beds! Every negative comment or review about this hotel is all complete true!
It needs to be completely gutted inside and out! . We were supposed to stay two nights we left after the first night, which I regret even staying there at all, there are some beautiful hotels across the way, spend a bit more money and go over to them.

In right area

Cons:

The A/C was very loud. Ventilation in hall rattled all night, very loud. Door next to our room slammed continually.

You should teach your staff and management to answer the phone when clients call.
Pros:

i have called 6 times to request my deposit be returned to my card. I have left messages with the manager who hasn't called me back. Absolutely unacceptable!

Cons:

Your breakfast was inedible. Hard boiled eggs floating in brownish liquid. Totally disgusting and a health hazard.
