Yes the hotel is older, but like I said it was clean. Unfortunately the only issue we had was the jets were not working in the hot tub the weekend we were there...but not a big deal
The bed was comfortable. The room was adequate. We ate at the adjoining restaurant - Niko-Niko and the food and service was excellent.

Didn't have the complimentary breakfast because the breakfast room was inadequate. It was small and very crowded with a line-up for the food. As senior citizens, we are not able to stand in line for any length of time. We checked back later in the morning, before the breakfast room closed, there were a lot less people, but no food left.
There was no channel guide in the room for the television, and we don't have a phone that will scan QR codes.
The staff at the front desk were nice. The beds were comfortable & bug free.
People smoking RIGHT outside the front door & staff not telling them to move! As a guest with Asthma, It’s was very inconvenient to have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke to get inside. The pool was so cold & the water wasn’t the cleanest, No one showers before entering the pool because there is no shower in the pool area to do so. The waterslide is a bit sketchy, Stairs shake as you go up. The hot tub does not have working jets, It’s just a warm bath you share with strangers. The digital locks for the hotel room doors didn’t work properly! The cards wouldn’t unlock the door properly, You had to try for 3-5 minutes to get inside your room & then it wouldn’t automatically lock when we tried to leave! Took us another 3-5 minutes of opening & closing the door for it to lock behind us. The room itself was incredibly dusty. The TV remote had old food all over it. The bathroom in the room had poop on the wall, Like someone got poop on their hands while trying to wipe & then went to grab more toilet paper leaving smear marks behind the roll on the wall. The tub was incredibly gross looking too & it looked like mold spores on the wall in the bathroom. Our towels were also covered in someone else’s hair, Long & black - Definitely not ours as we are a blonde family. Window didn’t open more than a crack either, Which sucked because people were smoking cigarettes inside & we needed the fresh air in our room due to my Asthma. The pillows are garbage! Incredibly lumpy & unusable. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Waffle makers were dirty, No fruit, No yogurt, No milk, No meat of any kind! Just bagels, bread & stale cereal - Fruit loops & Shreddies.
