Bad hospitality
Pros:

We are booked hotel 3 week earlier so we don’t have any issue while we were there check in time was 3pm but we check in 6 pm but they show us they picture of room is totally opposite, boss said he can’t do anything and the worker said hotel is fully booked we can’t do anything so we don’t have option to go anywhere coz we travelled from Birmingham. Receptionist said boss on holiday m just helping him here when I checked the room he said you can’t use sink water coz it’s unfit you guys can use toilet sink for water next day we got spark from the switch so we can’t use the half electricity. My family scared coz we booked hotel fr enjoy not for headache so I really don’t kw we got really bad trouble with my kids

A small but precious gem
Pros:

This beautiful studio made for an excellent family hub during our Cornish holiday!
It is well equipped and the communication was excellent, during the holiday and in the lead up to it.
The location couldn’t be better! We would definitely come back.

Enjoyably stay
Pros:

Had the reef penthouses
Was well impressed
Separate lounge and dining room kitchen
A bit of a sea view from ghe bay windows
Top floor .. no lift
So not suitable for everyone
