Nice hotel for central stay although some touches could be upgraded for a nicer stay (Replace paper cups with real ones,

Nice rooms, central for all the main sights but far enough form centre for a bit of peace

Cons:

Breakfast is via cafe attached to the hotel but no concession for hotel guests which was a bit unreasonable. A 10% discount or similar approach would seem a good idea

We always stay here when in Chicago
Pros:

Staff. Beds are very comfortable. Products like shampoo and lotion very good. Location outstanding.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated with some mold around the tub and top of sink. Otherwise very clean. Water pressure a little slow.

Spacious modern rooms. Very clean. Great fitness room with large windows and light. Close to public transportation (blue line straight to Ohara airport).

Bardzo fajny hotel z super lokalizacją. Dojazd z lotniska metrem w zasadzie pod sam hotel. W odległości 5 minut spacerem dostępne inne linie metra, chociaż do prawie wszystkich atrakcji miasta można dojść pieszo. Pokój bardzo duży, czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Duża i wygodna łazienka. Darmowy sejf. Codziennie rano dostępna kawa i herbata. Potem woda i woda z dodatkiem smakowym. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo uprzejma, wszystko da się załatwić.

Great location. We took the train from the airport and our stop was a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The staff were very helpful --every person on staff we interacted was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Updated interiors. General location.

Cons:

Pillows were too bunched up. Gave me headaches. I need flat or contoured pillows. That's my only complaint. Oh, the water control handle in the shower very difficult to use. Tight to turn and not very logical to use.
