Soft beds and clean towels every day, lovely and helpful staff

The location, and the Staff were all very kind and helpful

Cons:

There were stairs on our floor to get to our room, when you have a lot of luggage, even though the concierge helped with the luggage, it seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience

Muy buen hotel, habitacion de muy buen tamaño y camas grandes para 4 personas adultas. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nos cargaron erróneamente a nuestra tarjeta la estadía de otro huésped y por unos días no tuvimos respuestas. Finalmente el importe fue reembolsado.

I would not book here again
Pros:

I love the location of the property and the aesthetic of the room

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. Well, there was dog hair in the shower. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned. There was red mold buildup as well. The curtains in the room look like there were poop on them. I believe this is a Dog from hotel so I’m assuming there was a dog before my stay.
