Great spot. Friendly staff. Wonderful decor. Loved the book and game nook. The scavenger hunt was super fun.
Shower pressure was a little light, but okay.
Handige centrale ligging. Ook dichtbij metro station. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer. Gratis thee/koffie/cider/ chocomel in de lobby. Mooie gym. Prima voor alleen reizende vrouw.
Je moet rekening houden met stadsgeluid (bv sirenes), je zit tenslotte centraal. Ik had er zelf niet zo’n last van.
Room had a couch and nice view. Staff welcoming. Was able to book on short notice. Close to Studebaker theater and public transportation. Coffee service in lobby.
Nothing i can think of
I was there for one night, but overall the rooms are good
Staff is nice and friendly, being that I'm from NY I thought it was a little too friendly
ok, attractive place
all perfect. place, quited, nice room, attractive place for gym.. perfect stay
all was fine
As frequent guest, I appreciate the cordial, friendly greetings from doormen, front desk and housekeeping. Especially enjoyed the northeast corner room with expansive windows and views. A minor plumbing issue was handled immediately by front desk and maintenance. Coffee in lobby is a plus. Meli Cafe adjacent to lobby is very good for breakfast and lunch. Easy access to public transportation and local entertainment venues such as the Auditoriuum Theater, Symphony Center, Studebaker Theater. Loooking forward to future stays.
Nothing comes to mind.
Everythin was great. Glad I extended my stay to two nights
Nothing comes to mind
Joyce at the front desk was very inviting and friendly. Started off with a great experience, from there I was overall satisfied with everything else the hotel offered.
Nothing, feels like everything was good or great! Nothing I could find to complain about.
Our room was soooo hot!!!
Great location, really nice big rooms and excellent location
The staff were not the nicest, tried to avoid to much contact with them
