Malísima atención (Brenda)
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación.

Cons:

La persona que me atendió durante el check in, Brenda, fue muy desagradable y poco educada. Buscaba el enfrentamiento y discutir con cada pregunta que le hacíamos. Hizo que la llegada al hotel fuera muy desagradable.
Por la mañana nos atendió otra compañera y fue muy amable y servicial.

El desayuno es solo una barrita.

El parking está incluido pero SOLO hasta el check out, si quieren pasar el día en Disney, no pueden dejar el coche en em hotel.

Pleasant Enough and Affordable
Pros:

Within 1.3 mile walk to the central Disney Resort parks esplanade.

Cons:

A little worn and dark… could use a refresh. Holding a deposit of $150.00 until well after checkout was odd, but I can see it helps to make people not trash their rooms.

It was ok.
Pros:

That it had a pool it wasn't too big like we expected but it was ok

Cons:

That the pool is near the freeway and that i was charged a deposit and at the time of booking there was nothing said about a deposit, i have booked with your company before and have never been charged a deposit at the time of checking that got me of guard with my budget because the fee will not be refunded till 7 to 10 business days.

Never again.
Pros:

Breakfast was cheap granola bars. The room was not clean. The toilet leaked. The tub leaked. The tub stopper had to be propped up. There was exposed wiring inside the bathroom vent. They did not clean our room. The place was horrid.

Everything.

Cons:

Banheiro com marcar de uso perto da privada. Exaustor do banheiro não funcionava e o cheiro de banheiro ficava lá por horas e horas… Em 5 dias de estadia, não limparam o quartos nenhuma vez. Não trocaram as toalhas nenhuma vez. Na momento da reserva, usei o filtro “com café da manhã” mas infelizmente neste hotel, o café da manhã era um saco de papel com 2 barras de cereal dentro. 1 para cada dia. RIDÍCULO !!! Uma completa decepção.
