The staff was nice.
Our room did not have enough towels or toiletries, such as body wash or shampoo, for our 3-night stay. We had to ask for more, then wait until morning to receive the items. The hotel is not convenient to the Disney area and is located on the other side of the freeways. The walls are very thin, and you could hear every noise, including people stomping above us. Also, breakfast was only granola bars, which was not what the listing said. I will never book this place again. The staff was nice, though.
Comfortable beds
Shower not very clean and they don’t clean our rooms after a long day at Disney . Then when I called they told me I had to reserve it to be cleaned and no one told me that. Check in staff girl not good
Great location, very kind staff, clean room.
The room received (208) was near the janitor’s storage room and was therefore noisy. AC also was pretty weak.
As soon as we walked into the lobby, it’s spelt like mildew and as soon as we got into our room, it smelled like mildew
Clean, comfortable bed & pillows. Near Disneyland.
I like to view where my car is parked, and there’s limited parking in the front lot. If you park in the back you can’t see your car.
I like that rooms had just been renovated
The parking was awful, and no breakfast but granola bars, that wasn’t even to me at check in.
No explanation of why no Breakfest or parking situation
It was clean
Staff is way too loud early morning. Have no respect for those trying to sleep. Parking was also a mess. Over packed.
Liked the location, free parking, easy to access room. Decently clean
The bed had a big sunken area which was very uncomfortable for my husband to sleep. Luckily we had another bed that he could have slept in. It was a hot day/night and even putting the a/c and 68 didn’t too too much.

The room was decent. The bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the granola bars as a snack in the parks later in the day. They didn't seem like a breakfast.
The hotel was not nearly as close to Disneyland as was presented in Booking.com. The real distance from the hotel to the entrance to the parks was 1.3 miles. According to google maps, that was a 30-minute walk. (We walk faster, but at the end of a day at Disneyland, that's a long walk.) The outside of the hotel was dirty. The stairs were filthy. It seems like someone should be power washing the cement to keep the area clean.
The proximity to Disneyland. That’s why we stay here every year.
