You are paying for location convenience, not a clean hotel.
Pros:

Hotel has a good location, and that’s about all that it has going for it. The breakfast was sorry at best.

Cons:

Horrible room location, they put us right by some kind of maintenance room that was making noise all night long. As for the room, not any kind of sound proofing at all, neighbors upstairs were stomping until 3 or 4 am and we heard all of it and all their conversations. Room was not cleaned enough, we found random hair in the bed and the shower. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, bedding was thin and scratchy.

Over all due to location and staff it was a nice place
Pros:

Close to Disneyland and you can watch the fireworks from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed’s were too soft - need new mattresses. One side of the bed was lower than the other showing signs the mattresses were older. The breakfast isn’t really breakfast nor a continental breakfast - granola bar, coffee and juice only. Like Covid times hehe

Excellent place to stay very close to Disney has a bus line that runs to Disney. Clean comfortable and accommodating, staff were very friendly.

I didn’t know what to expect when booking. I liked how friendly staff was, but that was about it.

There was literally no parking and it was such a hassle. The room was falling apart (sink area), it was just not worth it at all.

The location was great. Really close to our destination. Which made it easy to get to.

Cons:

Complementary breakfast was not a ideal for us as a family. Specially when ur taking your young ones. I fill like there was not to many options for them.
