Pros:

Helpful staff; flexible on what they provide for breakfast. Making arrangements ahead of time for arrival was a problem. Calling the phone number is best, but hopefully you speak Russian!

So clean place and best location
Pros:

Hotel location and cleaning of the place are wonderful. You can reach metro in 4 minutes. One disadvantage : To enter to hotel you always ring the door / call the administration person ) Everything is wonderful. Choice this hotel to stay in St. Petersburg.
