Location. Really close to Epic Universe and good restaurants

Cons:

This Hampton inn was not like other Hampton hotels I stayed. Room smelled. When we checked in carpet was wet. Staff didn’t clean our room the next day and were not friendly either

Cons:

In room 220 the shower was defective. Half the water was going through the facet and half from the shower. In the morning there was no COLD water in the room, only hot water. The usb plugs and outlet were defective on the desk. The pool is either dirty or stained, needs attention.
