Pros:

Dirty shits, not clean room, Cockroaches in the bath room, evening staff didn’t assist told my wife we there clean shits in the room we can replace by ourselves!, we came after 9 hours flight tired, morning staff was welcoming and helpful,
Knowledge the issue and didn’t charge for the room.
