We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Yulimar provided outstanding customer service and made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our visit even more enjoyable.
We would like to recognize "the jewelry lady," for her exceptional service and friendly attitude. She was attentive, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit.

The hotel is very clean and nice! The refreshments at 5:30pm were a perk and the breakfast, with fresh made inlet omelets was delicious! We thought being right next to the airport might pose a problem at night, but we didn’t even notice them. We would definitely come back!

Will definitely be staying here in the future, employees were kind and helpful. Hospitality was great, But two individuals stood out the most. Roger at the front desk and Olga at breakfast. They were both very attentive and guided us with no hesitation. If anyone is looking for a place to stay for vacation, this is the place to stay!

Only stayed here for 2 nights beautiful hotel with luxury rooms. Located right next to miami International Airport, perfect location if you are travelling to or from the airport however if you are a light sleeper, maybe consider being further away from the airport as the planes are literally every 40-60 seconds and sound like you have a turbo jet in your room.

The atmosphere is modern and quiet quite sophisticated have to be fully dressed when entering the hotel even to use bathroom from pool (no outdoor bathrooms). The rooms are spacious and have a 4 tabled chairs in there to eat, with a big sofa and chair. Brilliant if you watch TV and want a living room experience. Bedrooms is nice, bed in comfortable pillows are soft but very large can be uncomfortable as causes neck and head to be high.

Sink in bathroom warm water has black bits that comes out. Toilet does not flush properly and leaves tissue behind and needs 2 to 3 flushes. Balcony door was quite dirty on outside could not see out clearly. Lots of towels and flannels in room to use, also has soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Full-size body mirror in room was dirty had white marks splatted all over it when given room.

Restaurant prices quiet expensive not ordered from here so cannot comment on taste or quality. 2 bottles of water in room appeared to be free complimentary water did not realise it was only for members of Milton for all other guest is it $4.50.

Pool and hottub is lovely hottub is hot, pool is cool. Unsure how often these are cleaned as they did have bits from trees in there. It is windy from the planes and is hurricane season, so this is not the hotels fault as it is quite windy. However they probably need to just clean it more often.

Benefit to hotel free alcoholic drinks between 5.30pm ans 7.30pm with free snacks in lobby. Breakfasts are nice with good choice and quality. Free sanitary products in female bathrooms.

Would return however due to the noise of the planes I am unsure if a long stay here would impact on my quality of sleep.
