Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The bar had great food. The staff worked very hard to overcome a problem with the credit card reader.

Cons:

It would have been nice if they would have told us there were two doors at the airport with the same number. This caused a little destress over connecting with the shuttle. It would have been nice if whoever is in charge of updating the credit card software would do it at midnight instead of 6 pm.

The hot tub gave me and my family chemical burns and my swimsuit was a royal blue and after I went in the hot tub it’s now pink and the manager said swim at your own risk?!!!!

The rooms are spacious and the hotel building is beautiful.
The location is also very convenient, especially because it is close to the airport.

Although the rooms are spacious, the furniture is old and the room was not very clean.

At the reception, when we arrived, the manager was extremely rude. We believe that a hotel stay is not only about the room, but also about the service, and the service is part of the experience.

At breakfast, the staff member was even ruder. She complained because I took a small plate instead of a large one and made us feel uncomfortable by demanding our breakfast card in front of other guests.

The hotel is very noisy at night, with drunk people and loud shouting during the early hours.

Overall, the customer service was very poor and made us feel unwelcome.

Not bad for a Miami stay, we much prefer Fort Lauderdale for cruises.
Pros:

We had a very nice room, close to the pool but too cool to swim, did enjoy sitting there reading.

Cons:

Very cheap breakfast compared to other comforts we have stayed, only had coffee and yogurt.
The High number of cruisers and many families probably accounts for the limited breakfast , same menu two days, we don’t do waffles but guess great with kids. We usually look forward to the biscuits and gravy offered at so many other locations

Le problème que nous avons rencontré dans notre chambre c'est le bruit ,effectivement la nuit nous entendions les klaxons de camions ou bateaux tres souvent et j'avoue que cela nous empêchait de dormir correctement,notre chambre était sans doute du mauvais côté !!!A

Pros:

Yamelin is a gem!! The hotel was great and the cooked to order breakfast was delicious. Yamelin went above and beyond in helping navigate difficult travel situations, and did so with a smile! She is an asset to the team, and truly made all the difference in our stay. Thank you!!

Lenzuola non stirate, divano letto senza lenzuola, abbiamo dovuto farci il letto da soli perché il rifacimento non previsto dal room service per il divano letto. Nemmeno il giorno di arrivo. Alla richiesta delle lenzuola, consegnate lenzuola non stirate (spero e credo almeno pulite!)
