Perfect spot for an airport layover
Pros:

Excellent stay for an overnight near Miami Intl. Free shuttle to and from airport was on time and friendly running every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Our room on the 7th floor was relatively quiet with muffled noise from planes as expected. We slept great. Dinner at the cafe inside was wonderful. The bar tenders were friendly and the food came very fast. The Cuban sandwich was very good. We left the hotel at 7 am and were through tsa precheck by 7:20. Would stay again! The lobby was vibrant and bumping with music and activity.

NOT A HAPPY VISITOR TO THIS LOCATION
Pros:

Checking in for Diamond members has been so much easier at other Embassy Suites we have stayed at - this one was TERRIBLE - also was not given any gift bags or water as given at other locations also there was no ice on the floor and no one at front desk could assist to deliver to room - not pleased with this particular location

Great Event Staff
Pros:

Service was top notch for the week I spent here. The event staff got to know most of the people in our 50 person event They went out of their way when ever they could do more to accommodate anyone.

I was not impressed.
Pros:

It was close to airport.

Cons:

There was no hot water in my room and the restaurant was short staffed. I waited 20 minutes to order and then another 30 minute to get the check which I never did. The waitress didn’t acknowledge that we were waiting nor did she explain why there was a delay.
