Employees do their job. Won’t stay there. Cancelled Hilton Amex due to un-empathetic responses.
Pros:

Booked room as Hilton gold as our flight from Caribbean was going to be diverted due to the government action in Venezuela. Flight got delayed and then cancelled bc FAA shut down airspace for everyone’s safety. Called back about an hour or so later and would not allow cancel at no charge. Due to circumstances and lack of flexibility will no longer be a loyal Hilton guest as it’s not reciprocated. I’m out $450 over about 90 minutes due to my poor judgement to be proactive and what I think is the poor judgement of the individual at the property I spoke with. Although they did do their job.

Nice size room and it was clean.

Cons:

Too close to very busy airport and was very noisy. Couldn’t really enjoy pool. Cost was high for this kind of location. Breakfast hours varied. Should be streamlined and same hours everyday.

Cons:

It is so close to thr airport that the planes are so close and when you are in the pool you can smell the fumes. It was windy last night. Fumes drifted to the pool area.

Stay somewhere else
Pros:

Extremely disappointing customer service. Our flight was delayed, so I messaged the hotel ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving around midnight. They confirmed the airport shuttle would still be running. When we landed, I messaged again to ask if we should wait at the shuttle stop. They replied that the shuttle would be leaving in 5 minutes, and I let them know we were waiting at stop 23.

After waiting 20 minutes with no shuttle, I called the hotel. About 10 minutes later the driver finally showed up and told us it was our fault because we didn’t flag him down when he drove by. He said he saw us but assumed we didn’t need the shuttle because we were on our phones. We had already communicated exactly where we were waiting and were told the shuttle was coming.

To make matters worse, the staff member I had been messaging (Ashley) said the shuttle was a “courtesy” and not their responsibility, which felt incredibly dismissive given that we had been actively communicating with them about pickup.

When we finally got to the room, the pull-out bed sheets had crumbs and visible stains on them.

Between the poor communication, being blamed for their shuttle missing us, and the lack of cleanliness, this was a very frustrating experience. We will not be staying here again. There are plenty of other hotels nearby — I’d recommend choosing one of those.

Für ein Airport-Hotel ein solides Hotel mit schönem Pool, Fitness-Studio und guter Zimmerausstattung (Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine und Kühlschrank). Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und da der Airport Miami 24 h offen ist, gibt es Tag und Nacht Fluglärm. Leider sind die Fenster nicht besonders gut schallisoliert und die Flugzeuge daher bei Landung als auch beim Start sehr deutlich zu hören/laut.

Für mich hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Omelett wird frisch zubereitet.
Ich war auf Geschäftsreise für einen Tag dort und dafür war es gut.

Cons:

Für das ganze drum herum vielleicht doch etwas zu teuer.
Ist aber Geschmacksache.

Do not stay here if you want to get a good nights, sleep too noisy poor sheets
Pros:

Not much, it was noisy between the planes and the trains and the automobiles. I would never stay here again, especially with the Hilton blue Lagoon right around the corner. It was full. The only reason I didn’t stay there.

Cons:

Almost everything I didn’t like the noise. I didn’t like the sheets. I didn’t make the bed. I didn’t like the staff. I didn’t like much about this hotel. I would never stay here again not even on a bet.

Horrible experience!
Pros:

I was given the wrong room instead of the one I reserved. The hot water didn't work. I had to take a cold shower.
The shower was head was broken.
Also, their were roaches in the bathroom.
Management had a nonchalant reaction to my experience.

Tolles Hotel mit großen Zimmern und sehr gutem Service - ideal für den An-oder Abreisetag
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer (Suite) unmittelbar am Flughafen. Kostenloser Flughafenshuttle. Nachmittags Drinks und Snacks in der Lobby. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Shuttle zum Kreuzfahrthafen buchbar.

Cons:

In der Lobby ist es sehr laut und es schallt im Atrium hoch zu den Zimmern. im Eingangsbereich der Suite ist es deshalb ebenfalls recht laut, im Schlafzimmer aber nicht.
