From the outside thee hotel looks scary because of how dirty the windows/glass is. I thought it’d be a chaos but once inside it’s supper clear and spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, everything tasted great. The food at the restaurant was okay, a little cold. The customer service at the pool is horrible and the pool very cold. Jacuzzi was broken and you have to reserve a time at the pool and the day we checked in there were no reservations left which was very bad as we only stayed one night, but we were able to get a 9am spot the next day. Massage at the spa was awesome, the receptionist in the spa was great and nice. After all we had a good experience and the hotel is nice inside. Definitely needs work outside.
Excellent clean hotel, close to Olympisky Stadium, about 15-20mins walk to the nearest metro station. The pool, sauna and the gym as extra bonus were great.
I had stayed with my family rooms 747, 767and 768, I have to say I have received very good costumer services, front of house team very professional. Breakfast very nice, room clean and big. Thanks I will return.

Due to the "pandemic" the spa does not work well, the VIP service on the 12th floor is terrible, there is nothing.
The hotel is right next to a beautiful park with lots of trees and a lake. Some of the staff were not very helpful when it came to resolving a problem that arose towards the end of our stay. There was nothing serious, they just wouldn’t help us out in any way referring to some nonexistent rules of the hotel.

The facilities are pretty old though.
The hotel was overrun by groups that were not observing social distancing and masking. This included music groups practicing songs in closed areas with ventilation. The noise in the hallways was constant and many unsupervised children. It was not nice to stay here. I basically avoided the public spaces and the gym. The rooms are also a bit run down and in need of remodelleding. People crammed into the elevators.
Stayed at this hotel for the third time. Non expensive, good location however there are few things to consider
1) service is got much worse then it was not long time ago . We ve asked to fix our fridge for 3 days in a row to store our medicine and it wasnt done.
2) staying on11 th floor is not recomended -hotel has some kind of bar/lounge / whatever on 12th and at 2 am low frequincies from music would shake your sleep
3).breakfast is good but avoid ordering food from room service - its ovwrpriced and very low quality.
Had stomack problem every time when ordering.
Besides that its good place to stay however im swithching to garden ring or golden ring next time
Overall hotel is good as it is in good location, they need to put more amenities
