Quality Inn Burlington

Safe but crowded parking lot.

The check in and staff were great. The room was clean and great.

Will not stay here again. Nor would I suggest anyone else staying, if cleanliness is of concern. I wish I took a picture of the shower/tub combo and all of the hair left in there along with the condition itself.

Great hotel - comfortable, clean rooms. No complaints

We were just passing thru town and this hotel perfectly met our needs. It was what you would expect from a budget hotel. The beds were very comfy with nice bedding and the room was clean. Towels were a little thin, but adequate and the toilette seat was broken in our room, but useable. Good continental breakfast was included

Location of Property was fine. There is lack of maintenance. In our room the curved rod for the shower was pulling out from the wall such that the shower curtain which in the middle. Guess they can clean the floor on that one as how do you shower with the lack of a curtain. How do the cleaning people simply not see that and not report it so it can be fixed??

We stayed on restaurant side and was still quiet. Will stay again!

We were only there for a few hours with a late check in that went well.
Facility was being renovated, and the pool was out of commission at the time we were there.
Breakfast was adequate, but simple.
Beds were very comfortable.

Most of the hotel seemed to be 'out of order'. The indoor pool is closed with furniture piled in the room, the only available room was on the second floor with no elevator, we booked a room with a king sized bed and the bathroom was unusable. We were switched to a room with a queen sized bed but refused a partial refund when requested.

Needs upgrades Bath tub porcelain was off on the bottom of tub.

Our stay was Great, the beds comfortable.

No Sugar Free Syrup

Room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one chair and the air conditioner, while it worked well, was ridiculously noisy. It was okay for a one night stay, but one would want a bigger room if you were staying longer.

The hotel seams to be recently renovated. We got this huge very comfortable room

This was an excellent place to sleep, good pool and good breakfast

Tried calling hotel to cancel res and no answer for two days straight. Did not stay at hotel due to car problems.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs new the old caulking replaced around the tub shower . The sink was missing the drain stopper and something could be dropped down the drain. The bed was very comfortable. I would probably stay there again.

I was on the bottom floor and my window was unlocked. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely unsafe knowing that the window was unlocked and someone could have gotten in my room.

The bed was comfortable and the facility was clean.
