Все замечательно: расположение отеля, чистота, отзывчивость и доброжелательность персонала!!! Обязательно приедем ещё!!!

分かりにくいし、4階まで階段です
Pros:

ホテルの入り口が非常に分かりにくいです。
それと4階まで階段で荷物を運ぶので、かなり大変でした。
ただ、立地はかなりいいです！

Pros:

Muy buena experiencia el haber estado en el hotel, muy cómodo, tranquilo y excelente limpieza y atención en recepción.
El único punto negativo :cargar maletas hasta un tercer nivel por las escaleras.

Pros:

Pontos positivos: hotel próximo ao Kremlin, região central, mercado próximo, funcionários simpáticos. Pontos para ser observado: o endereço do hotel foi muito difícil de ser encontrado. Local sem elevador com 100 degraus até chegar no último piso que é o hotel.

Pros:

立地条件最高。部屋は綺麗入り口がわかりにくい。読めないロシア語看板のみ。スタバとKFCの間を入り4階、階段のみ。夜シャワー水だった朝はお湯が出た。

Pros:

シャワー室から水が漏れていて、床が水浸しになった。
荷物を預かってもらって、引き取りに行ったら、こちらから言わなくてもトイレを貸してくれた。しかもタオルまで貸してくれた。

Hotel bien. Difícil de encontrar
Pros:

El hotel es pequeñito y está bien. Bien situado. En cuanto a las recepcionistas una hablaba inglés y la otra nada pero es frecuente en Rusia que no hablen inglés, con lo que es útil Google translator. Lo más difícil fue encontrar el lugar. Google lo indica de forma errónea. Y no hay letras latinas que digan Hotel. Está en la calle peatonal perpendicular a la calle que indica Google en un edificio donde está burger héroes.

Nice service and helpful. Good location 5 mins walk to red square. Room very clean. Supermarket , starbucks , restuarants next door hotel.
