Horrible
Pros:

The price of the room is the ONLY good thing this room provided for our expectations when we booked it.

Cons:

The stove didn't work
The linens were stained & soiled & had cigarette burns in them
The towels were worn so thin you could see through them
It was infested with cockroache so bad they were.coming out of the electrical outlets
The other guests were in and out all night yelling down the breezeway
Someone was building something using a hammer several days at 1am
It was just an awful experience and cost us way more than the price 9f the room to rid our belongings of bugs.

Pros:

I love it here! It's the cheapest, cleanest, nicest hotel in the area. It has a full kitchen. Nice clean spacious new remodel rooms. Bed was very comfortable and clean linens. Location is excellent with around 500 restaurants and big mall within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place is clean and new, spacious and welcoming! The staff, as mentioned, is phenomenal! Everything you need is in this hotel and if you should need anything else, the staff will go out their way to problem solve and help you! Professional, well maintained, and centrally located in Chattanooga. You won't regret a stay here, it's home away from home! Rooms are so much better than your typical hotel. Amazing.
