There was nothing to like about this property. I could give it zero ratings. It was filthy, nasty and full of roaches.

Cons:

I did not like the hand marks on the headboard from the past people having sex and the dirty bedsheets and the roaches getting into all of my things and crawling all over the bed. I did not like having to spend two hours, cleaning it myself and disinfecting it because it felt dirty, just being in there. I did not like all of the questionable fluid dried into stains on the walls. And the rude front desk staff. This place needs a health department inspection by the city immediately. The stove didn’t work and the bottom part of the refrigerator did not work either. The AC unit was full of dirt and rust. I could go on.

My room TV wouldn't work and then their wasn't any toilet paper in my room. All upon checking in . The people here are obviously using drugs not a good place for the price I would say. However I do appreciate having the room for one night having a rough over my head so thank you to the staff.

Safety features missing so we declined to stay at the property after checking in.Prompt refund given
Pros:

The price is cheap and the staff member promptly gave me a refund when requested , 5 minutes after I checked in and saw the room. The room was not a bad size and had an oven but there were safety features missing that we could not overlook. Location was close to fast food options.

Cons:

The swipe card reader on the door was half hanging off, the security latch on the door was totally broken off and looked like the door had been kicked in, the smoke detector was completely missing with just wires protruding from the space where it was. There was a girl begging for money when we got out of our car and there were cars that looked abandoned in their parking lot.
