Air conditioner was programmed to turn off when on heat. Stuff were changing towels although I wasn’t leave them on the floor as it written on their hotel sustainable idea.

A localização era boa, próximo de restaurantes e na zona de miraflores. Fomos a pé de miraflores a barranco próximo ao mar e voltamos a pé também a pé.
Os funcionários foram simpáticos e o quarto era limpo.

Very clean hotel with nice staff in a great location in Miraflores. Close enough to walk around Lima and to the Ocean. Numerous restaurants around. They had a taxi service from the Airport and the driver was super nice guy! Also had a nice pool and bar/restaurant on the top floor.
There was some road construction on the street when I was there which was a little inconvenient for being picked up and dropped off for tours but nothing crazy! Totally out of their control. A little pricey in my opinion.

A la hora de pagar nos preguntaron si queríamos efectivo o tarjeta y dijimos efectivo. Nos cobraron 20 soles de más de la tarifa de booking porque, según la persona que nos atendió, ellos cogen el precio que aparece en booking en dolares y lo transforman en soles pero, en vez de aplicar el tipo de cambio vigente en el mercado aplican un 3,7 que es bastante superior y punto. Si quisieras pagar en dolares entendería que te aplicaran el tipo de cambio que les diera la gana, pero al pagar en la moneda local no le veo ningún tipo de sentido. No es el hecho de pagar 20 soles de más porque que final no es mucho dinero, es el hecho de el trato que tuvimos y de sentir que te están estafando porque si no me doy cuenta yo, ni te comentan de primeras el tipo de cambio que aplican. Es un hotel al que no volvería en la vida
