Pros:

Amazing hotel, actually if you tried to compare it with others, its way better, very kind staff and friendly! Amazing location! Clean rooms, in terms of the price, this is the best hotel you can find in this budget! Really amazing stay! Have been there since 2019, and will never change it!

Excellent location as it is close to Abdoun, Sweifiyah, Shmeisani and close for me to my uncle's residence and to the Ritz Carlton where my family and I attended a wedding.

Customer friendly staff from the security to the bag handler to the restaurant staff Forca Internarional to the Front Office staff like Mr. Ahmad Salem who was always smiling and friendly and ever willing to help. He is very professional, caring and proactive in giving suggestions and guidance.

The room was comfortable and the AC was excellent. Generous in giving amenities and supplies.

The Breakfast buffet was good and the coffee was delicious.

Uber & Kareem were always 1 - 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Cons:

We love the hotel as it was the 2nd time we stay there.

Advice is to have more plug points in the room.

Ahmad Salem, Mahmoud Abdallaht, Hiba are amazing team, they are very supportive and helpful, whenever I asked them about anything they are welcoming and provide the guidance.the hotel it self clean amazing location.

Cons:

Everything is nice but they can improve a little bit in the breakfast

Cons:

My experience at this hotel was terrible. Their communication was extremely poor, as they did not respond to messages or emails efficiently.

I contacted them a day before my arrival to ask about the possibility of an early check-in. They simply replied, “We will try our best,” and never followed up or clarified whether it would be possible.

I arrived in Amman at 9:00 a.m. with my two kids and ended up waiting until the official check-in time at 2:00 p.m. because they never responded to my follow-up messages. It was a very frustrating experience.

فندق رائع بكل معنى الكلمة، نظافة ممتازة، غرف مريحة، وموقع مميز. جميع الموظفين كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، والخدمة كانت على مستوى عالٍ جدًا طوال فترة الإقامة. وأود أن أتوجه بشكر خاص للسيد أحمد سالم على تعامله الراقي واحترافيته العالية، حيث كان متعاونًا جدًا وسريع الاستجابة لأي طلب، وساهم بشكل كبير في جعل إقامتي مريحة ومميزة. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأوصي بهذا الفندق.
