Pros:

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Ahmed and Mahmoud at the reception for their kindness and excellent service. They always make me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

The room was not clean as waste from previous guests such as eyelash, ash, cotton bag and etc were in the bathroom as well as the room. Further, you can hear every little noise in the room from the corridor as well as the outside in the night and early morning (2-4 am). Lastly, there was a wedding with very loud music until the mid night. I complained it, but no actions.

Pros:

Kindness, and warm welcoming to the guests. A special thanks for Mahmoud the guy at the reception he was very welcoming and supporting anytime. Also, Ahmed and Heba were very welcoming and kind people as well.
