The location was simply perfect and very convenient, and the staff were absolutely amazing - so kind, welcoming and helpful.

For the price we paid, we honestly expected a good stay, but we got so much more than that. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and everything was simply wonderful.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, whenever I visit Amman again, this will be the only hotel I choose.. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️

Pros:

One of the best hotels in Amman. The staff are highly professional and provide excellent service to their guests. A special mention goes to Hiba at the front desk, who is truly one of the best and most professional staff members I have ever dealt with.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem modernen, sauberen Hotel mit freundlichem Personal – ich würde gerne wiederkomme

Der Aufenthalt im The Compass Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Frühstück. Das Essen war frisch, sauber und von sehr guter Qualität, und es war immer alles vorhanden. Der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück war besonders freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – wirklich ein großes Lob für seine nette Art und den tollen Service.

Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit gerne weitergeholfen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was mir während meines Aufenthalts wirklich nicht gefallen hat. Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
