Pros:

Clean room, and comfy bed.

Cons:

It wasn't that I disliked but I wish the guy at the counter had more personality he was a little bland but we all have bad days so all good.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast ok. Mant TV channels to choose from. Relatively quiet. Glad we had a fridge & microwave.

Cons:

There is only one elevator, kept very busy. Need more luggage carts, more ice machines. Shower curtain did not close all the way therefore it was a cold shower. Carpets could have been cleaner.

Cons:

sink was plugged in our room, hot tub didnt work correctly, food was gross. canned beans, spray cheese for the cheese omeletes.

This hotel was horrible! We booked several rooms for a bridal dress shopping weekend for my daughter. One room needed to be handicapped for my mom. When we checked into her room the bathroom door was broken and would not close. They switched us to a non handicapped room which we made work. My daughters bed linens were dirty like they had not been washed. We got clean linens and made the bed ourselves. However when we checked out Sunday morning. Wanting to relax a bit from a long weekend. We were ready to take showers and get ready and leave there was zero water in the whole hotel 🤦🏻‍♀️ after doing our best to make the hotel work and have a great weekend the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and obviously did not care of the conditions of the hotel

I won’t stay here again
Pros:

Convenient location. Decent room.

Cons:

Miserable check in. Booked room online with a confirmation number, front desk clerk could not find my reservation and let me stand there for 20 minutes and offered me no alternatives, then I start getting an attitude and right then she finds my reservation.

Pros:

Perfect location for us and close to Kino Sports Complex. The whole place, including our room, was very clean. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place without hesitation and will stay here when in Tucson.
