Pros:

Tengo tiempo llegando a éste hotel, es cómodo y el desayuno fantastico, la mayoria de su personal super amables.. y para mis necesidades de viaje es perfecta la ubicación

Cons:

Ya es la segunda vez que tengo leves problemitas al llegar con las habitaciones, se soluciona, pero no es el caso de llegar a estar arreglando "detalles" con la habitación.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast ok. Mant TV channels to choose from. Relatively quiet. Glad we had a fridge & microwave.

Cons:

There is only one elevator, kept very busy. Need more luggage carts, more ice machines. Shower curtain did not close all the way therefore it was a cold shower. Carpets could have been cleaner.

sink was plugged in our room, hot tub didnt work correctly, food was gross. canned beans, spray cheese for the cheese omeletes.
