Pros:

Im Eingangsbereich ist man erstmal richtig beeindruckt. Große Deko, gemütliche Aufmachung, wirklich schön.
Ansonsten sieht man dann in den Fluren doch den in die Jahre gekommenen Style. Aber alles ist sauber, ordentlich und damit super.

Stay was okay
Pros:

Size of the room was nice. I liked the look of the of the main entrance .

Cons:

The shower was not working properly for the first night but was fixed for the next night. The fold out couch needs an upgrade, you can feel the springs when you lay on it. Rooms could be cleaner. Food was also just okay

The parking is terrible. Only 2 handicap stalls, the one way makes it difficult to access, if you wanted to turn around the crazy parking areas. Makes it difficult for handicap and elders. Should have built hotel with underground parking or build a parking garage attached to the building.

Still a great value place that's clean.
Pros:

It's great value for the price. The rooms are always clean and pretty spacious.

Cons:

This time around, check in took way too long. 1 person working and took about 20 minutes.
Usually it's way quicker than that as we stay here at least 8 -10 times a year.
Only one elevator was working, this is the second time this year, but hey, 1st world problem as the stairs are quick and easy.
The pull out sofa was NOT at all comfortable, may as well have slept on the floor.
If you need a lot of power outlets, don't get your hopes up. Also, the table lamps have plugs on them, but they are so loose, you can't stay plugged in.

Cold water, cold treatment

Cons:

After driving five hours through snow, we arrived to no hot water. We initially reported the problem and moved rooms, however, there was limited lukewarm water in new room.
The next day there was no hot water. When we reported the problem we were told we needed to run the water longer (longer than the duration of two cold showers); then told there had been no water heating problems reported; then told the hot water had been turned off for maintenance and would be available sometime after an hour.
The staff we spoke with were unconcerned, unapologetic and unsympathetic.
We stayed three nights and were able to have one hot shower.
