My daughter left her apple airpods in the hotel and she tracked them to their room that we were in. We called to ask if they could check for us and he said he would call us back. I called back 3 hours later and he said that no one has said anything to him. I asked him if he asked housekeeping and he said that they said nothing to him. He was very vague and basically would not help us. Just after I spoke to him my daughter could still track them to that hotel. I wouldn't recommend going here. It just shows how untrustworthy they are
We were upgraded to a 2 room suite. Very pleasant. Breakfast ok. Menu did not change in 3 days.
Only tv in living room. Could not get one for bedroom.
Close to everything! Very well cleaned. Staff were nice, check in and out was super fast and easy!

No Security in the car park and Park at your own risk signs everywhere made it stressful to leave our brand new car overnight!

Breakfast s good ith scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, fruit, toast, potatoes, pncakes, yogurt, cereal, coffee tea etc. very good breakfast.
Spacious room. Clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. The reception and bar area were aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all so lovely. Recommended!
Some aspects of my room were a little tired: A stain or two on the carpet and a tear in one of the sofa cushions. Also, I couldn't seem to close the curtains all the way shut, which let in light really easily. Easy to overlook with all of the other positives, though.
