I would like a refund for that evening.

Cons:

The night staff. I had my key. 3 rd floor. Couldn’t remember the room number. About 3:00am. I ended up calling the front desk for assistance. After trying almost every door. He made me feel like I was a woman of the late night. I confronted him after I showered. Didn’t sleep in the bed because of the shower having a constant drip.

appropriate for work, comfortable enough. you get what you pay for
Pros:

well located, amenities close by, it is way more peaceful than you would expect.

Cons:

access and exit from grounds can be a bit challenging due to edmonton's traffic. Restaurant opens after 4 pm so no breakfast available unless you get it the night before or bring basic groceries. rooms have coffee maker and small fridge, not all have microwave.
