We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made a great impression. Our first room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, most likely left by previous guests rather than being the hotel’s fault. We mentioned it at reception, and the team reacted immediately by offering us another room without any hesitation. The replacement room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. This level of responsiveness and customer service was particularly appreciated.

The hotel is peaceful, very clean and offers a large parking area, which is extremely convenient. While the building and the pool area could benefit from some refurbishment, everything is well maintained and spotless. The only small disappointment was the hot tub, where the very strong smell of chlorine suggested that chemical treatment was perhaps being relied upon more than thorough cleaning.

The swimming pool itself was pleasant, although it was sometimes taken over by noisy visitors who did not always respect the quiet atmosphere. It seemed that some were not staying at the hotel. While this is not directly the hotel’s fault, a little more supervision around the pool would help preserve the relaxing environment.

The location is another major advantage. Macinaggio is a charming village, with a supermarket just a short walk away, making everyday shopping very convenient. We would also highly recommend the restaurant U Culombu, where we enjoyed excellent food and a very warm welcome.

Veldig bra hotell til fin pris. Sentralt.

الموظفين والفندق لا يوجد به مرافق مثل النادي مدخل الفندق واللوبي سي كذالك اللوبي غير مكيف وكذالك لا يوجد احد يستقبل او يساعدك في ادخال وإخراج الشنط حتى لو كنت مريضا لا يوجد هاتف بالغرفه لا توجد مناديل ولا تكييف ولا حذاء ولا معجون اسنان الإضاءة سيئة هو شبيه بمساكن عمال شركة مقاولات قريب من ازعاج المترو جدا جدا جدا

Great location, good service, nice price. Breakfest was fine. Very close to railway station & only cca 20 mins directly by train to airport.

Decent hotel with minor drawbacks
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the historical center of Kopenhagen, so it's fast and easy to explore the city by foot, bike or metro. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was enough space to store our belongings. The bath room was clean and decent.

Cons:

We took a hotel room on the other side of the hotel (so not right next to the rail tracks), but it was still hard to get used to the low frequency noise of the trains.
The room was a bit hot due to the hot weather and lack of A/C. Above a certain temperature, it makes more sense to me to just lay a blanket on the bed iso of a duvet.
The breakfast buffet was great for 1-2 days, but we stayed for 3 days and then the lack of variety of the not-so-big buffet is a pity.
