Generally it was good. The empolyees were very kind and helpful in the reception. The location was excellent for us. But
Pros:

Location was very perfect, it was near to the Østerport station which easy to airport and come from airport. We were in city center (Nyhavn) in 20mins or 25mins by walk. However, it is so close to train railway which make a lot of noice.

Cons:

We pur paper for cleaning our room, but it didn’t clean when we back to hotel. There were less towel only for 1 person but we were two, there could be put more packet tea, or makeup cotton, slippery.

Great centrle location for a family get away
Pros:

Comfortable basic family room, location was brilliant and staff were friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

the room was a little dark with slightly odd lighting choices but otherwise fine

Cons:

When booking a 160 queen bed room via booking.com for two adults and two little kids, a price to pay was shown. Later the hotel asked me to pay additionally for each kid per day as „additional guests”. I don’t understand why booking.com showed me one price for all guests including children and then the hotel made me to pay extra for the children again.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa com metro, comboio e autocarro mesmo em frente. Mesmo a pé, em 20 minutos estamos no centro da cidade. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores.

Cons:

A pressão da água do chuveiro era inexistente, para quem fica uma noite não há grande transtorno, o problema é para quem fica alguns dias e pretende lavar o cabelo o que se torna impossível. O quarto tinha pouca luz.
