Pros:

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its location, which is indeed very convenient. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

The problems started even before our arrival. The amount that was supposed to be charged one day before our stay was charged 12 days in advance. I did not make an issue of this at the time. However, the hotel then attempted to charge the full amount again one day before our arrival. Thankfully, my bank blocked the second transaction.

Things did not improve after check-in. At reception, we were first given a room key, but when we entered the room, we found someone else’s belongings inside. When we reported this, there was no proper apology or explanation. The receptionist simply reacted as if it was a minor issue and immediately handed us another room key. This raised a serious concern for us regarding guest privacy and security.

The second room was also disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. The duvet inserts and pillows inside the bed linen looked greyish/brownish and worn out. The toilet appeared to have been cleaned only superficially, with visible stains around the flush area.

I understand that not having air conditioning may be acceptable in this region, but the room also had no fridge and no proper wardrobe or storage space. There was only a very small hanging area, barely enough for two shirts.

Overall, apart from the location, this was a very poor experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean enough, had an unpleasant smell, and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge or proper wardrobe. We were also initially given access to a room with another guest’s belongings inside, which raised serious security and privacy concerns.

Läget var mycket bra nära tunnelbana och S-tog. Frågan om värdeskåp är särskilt anmärkningsvärd.

Enligt Booking.com skulle hotellet ha ett värdeskåp. Detta var särskilt angivet under faciliteter. På rummet fanns inte något värdeskåp över huvud taget. Jag vill ha ett elektroniskt värdeskåp på rummet. Jag talade med personalen som erbjöd mig ett skåp med en nyckel. Skåpet var visserligen stort men påminde om ett enkelt gymnastikskåp som finns i skolan. Skåpet befann sig omkring tio meter från receptionen. Vem som helst kan öppna detta skåp. Det var helt otillfredsställande. Varifrån kommer den felaktiga uppgiften? Har hotellet lämnat oriktig uppgift till Booking.com?

konum iyi fakat kaldığımız oda ve yataklar iyi değildi.
Pros:

Konum. metro ve trene çok yakın, karşısında market. bir çok yere 15-20 dk mesafede yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor.

Cons:

yataklar çok rahatsız. hareket ettiğinizde sürekli ses çıkarıyor. Tren sesi sürekli var. oda çok küçüktü.

Optimal gelegenes Hotel in Kobenhavn
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist optimal, eine Minute zum Bahnhof bzw. zur U-Bahn Station Osterport. Gutes Frühstück. Hinweis: das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke, die Zimmer zur Bahn bekommen deshalb Geräusche von dort mit. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wenn man sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte man da aber vorsichtig sein. Im Hotel selbst war es während unseres Aufenthalts angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Leider eine Unsitte, die immer mehr zunimmt: obwohl man für das Zimmer ordentlich zahlt, wird für eine Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag eine Zusatzgebühr verlangt. Ich empfinde das als nicht kundenfreundlich und als kleinliche Abzocke.

Ottima la posizione , servita molto bene sia da treni che da metro,anche se avevamo la camera dalla parte della ferrovia con la finestra chiusa non si sentiva praticamente nulla, e non faceva caldo in stanza.pulizia eccellente, colazione con tanta scelta e buona .posizione davvero strategica per girare con tranquillità la città.

Está situado al lado de la estación de osterport, con acceso fácil al centro y al aeropuerto en metro. Se puede ir caminando al centro perfectamente incluso con niños. Es buena elección para el precio.

Cons:

La litera de arriba tiene barandillas muy bajas, no es segura para niños pequeños. Los trenes pasan al lado de la ventana, al principio se escuchan mucho pero el hotel deja tapones para todos y se duerme bien.

Pros:

Localização perfeita, com comboio e metro no outro lado da rua. Ainda assim, possibilidade de deslocação a pé ao centro e algumas das principais atrações turísticas (Pequena Sereia, Nyhavn, Palácio Rosemborg, Igreja de Mármore, etc).
Quarto confortável, pequeno almoço completo, check-in permitido à chegada (apesar de antes da hora suposta), check-out sem complicações.
Preço muito aceitável para Copenhaga.

Cons:

Situado ao lado da linha de comboio, os quartos virados para esse lado podem ser um pouco barulhentos à noite.
