I liked how the room looked and the nice staff

Cons:

Someone broke into my hotel room while i was out. when i came back my room door was wide open. things appeared misplaced and missing.

The associates were great and it was clean.

Cons:

We found a bed bug under the sheets and I refused to stay. They offered another room but my wife insaid no so we drove to our home.

Ok spot for a 1 night stay

Bed was comfy and location was convenient

Cons:

Bathroom smelled like sewer and Bathroom door was all tore up.on the bottom. Soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion was very very low quality, so bring your own

Clean and easy check in

Cons:

No wifi and was told by front desk it wasn't their fault before i could even begin to talk and I felt like they told me that so I had no right to complain for the 2 days I stayed there. I was told someone must of knocked the internet out and the internet company should be working on it. 2 days later I was checking out no apology or acknowledgement of the issue.

Cons:

I asked for towels twice. When we arrived we had 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel. No wash cloths. I went down and asked for more my room number was taken. No more towels arrived.

Cons:

They put a $54 deposit on my card but only refunded $50. Not sure why they kept $4 when there was nothing wrong with the room when I left. Seemed like a little scam to make a few bucks off of people.

For first visit I was impressed but for the lack of tissues & cheap ice bucket.
Pros:

The hotel was recently redone so everything was modern & fresh. I esp liked the Roman shower.

Cons:

There were no tissues in the room & the thin plastic ice bucket sweated all over the counter it was on.
