The stay was awful and disgusting. I would like my money back considering we didn’t even get anything we paid for.

I am looking to get some type of reimbursement form this stay if not the full refund. The stay was absolutely horrible from start to finish. Once we got in the room the beds were filthy. Once we went down stairs to get new bedding they only provided us with a fitted sheet and a flat sheet in which we slept on top of the blankets and covered up with the flat sheet and the fitted sheet separately because we slept separately. The toilet would not flush properly so we asked for a plunger and he told us to use the bathroom in the lobby. Once we got in ready to get in the shower the shower didn’t even spray properly it came out like a waterfall and was barely hanging onto the wall. On top of all of this the refrigerator did not even get cold so food was wasted. The air didn’t get any colder that 75 all night. We also didn’t have a remote in the room either so once again something else that we couldn’t even use. The chair was tore up and looked gross along with the vent in the bathroom hanging off the wall. It was a horrible experience for us. I need to see about getting my money back.

The price was the only positive thing.

Room smelled strongly like marijuana, the chair was ripped up and nasty, the wall in the restroom was very nasty and there were very shady characters hanging out in the stairwell.

Mimi that’s at the desk during the week is one of the sweetest hotel receptionists that I’ve encountered in a while, n the maintenance men n couple that does housekeeping are great too. The Spanish housekeeper has an attitude n acts like askin for what I need is hard to grab out of the cart.

The roaches in the first floor rooms I had.
