I stayed for the weekend Friday thru Sunday but my key card didn't work the next day when I went to the Staff he said that I already checked out and he rented my room to someone else I showed him my reservation that he checked me in on Friday he still made it seem that I didn't pay and was assuming I moved to another room then he finally relearn my room key this is terrible service along with a few other People that was there said the same thing like they lost the reservation and wanted you to pay again until I had proof

And I didn't get new towels when asked the house keeping she said I can go to laundry being she has none left in her cart right after she passed my room so I had to buy extra towels

Terrible service I feel some of the staff is on drugs

Pros:

Easy check-in, off the main street, so less street noise. Several restaurants right next store. Appreciated that you can park your car right in front of your room. Check out was a breeze and only minutes to the airport. We've stayed at several other hotels over the past year in the same general area. Red Roof was considerably cheaper and for the most part offered the same experience as their higher priced neighbors.

Don't like the prepaid $3 for room safe. "IF" I get the $3 safe charge back, I'm OK with this stay.
Cons:

$3 added to bill for "room safe" which I did not use. I paid $86 instead of $83. They said it would be refunded within several weeks. Additional Deposit for damages was $53 instead of $50. The $53 has been refunded to me.
