Started out w/ a standard room.i had to renew reservation on new yrs. Eve. Well I go to renew and they sold out my room, so I had to uo grade or check out. So I up graded to superior king rm. Which cost $8-10 more a night.i tried talking with GM and she said she couldn't help me with staying in Superior Rm & paying the standard Rm.
Rates. That i had to pay Superior Rm Rates. Now ive been here since Nov.22,2025
The only time this hotel had 30 rms + rented was on new years eve. The entire time ive been here there has only been about 10 rms rented out. So they have plenty of room in which they could have given me a complimentary upgrade. They really should have asked me if I was staying on N.Y.Eve. and not renting my room out
They could have given the new renters and upgrade being it was only for one night and it would have most likely give Red Roof more customers y showing a couple some southern love with a New years Eve Upgrade. A standard room Does NOT have a Microwave or Fridge. No laundry Rm, No breakfast. I had 1 good week with rent being $45 a night. B4 & after that 1 (5days or a week it was) $56- 65 a night. That is Standard Rm Price. Add the $10 +/- for another rooms.
These two reviews need reversing. Lol what i liked was the fact i paid a deposit of $50.00 and I was blessed go have it ride my full length of stay. Most places pretty much all places except like 6 of them Here in Nashville will let the 1 deposit ride the entire length of stay. Say you rent a rm for 3 nights, then its check out time and u want to stay so you make a new reservation at the same place your at. You go down to desk to renew keys well they are like insert credit card for deposit .
Very unclean. Locks did not work. Shower was gross.
I was put into a handicapped accessible room after I went to the front desk about the room I reserved not being clean. There was a really old sink that stayed stopped up, and NO counter space to put anything. Trying to get ready in the morning was a pain. Internet was out two of the four days I stayed. The room was only cleaned one day that I stayed.
The room w the ice machine, the free parking
The room was filthy. The bed was so damaged that I couldn't sleep. The blanket on the bed had been through many years of abuse. I spent 30 min making sure there weren't bed bugs. The furniture was beat up. The pictures on the website do not match the quality at thus hotel. Iwas very upset. After a restless night of sleep, checked out pretty early. I was supposed to be there another whole day, but got out of there as fast as I could. I wish I could get some of my money back because the room was VERY OVERPRICED for the shape it was in and how filthy everything was in the room.
Al otro día aparecí toda con picaduras, tuve que ir al médico y me dijo que eran del colchón, hace 5 días que me fui y sigo con ronchas del conlchon, no sé si fueron pulgas, chinchillas o algo por el estilo.

The staff was very nice.
The room appeared clean, but had a sickening smell of dampness and urine. It was awful. The ac was extremely loud, and the toilet ran constantly. It has been years since I stayed in such a tiny room. It was miserable.I was not able to sleep at all.The biggest positives were the friendly staff and the proximity to the airport.
They did not serve breakfast and the location was awesome and my dogs and I were very comfortable
