2. Dead bolt on the entrance door not functional
3. Staff does not answer the phone. I called numerous times using my phone and no one answers the phone.
4. TV does not work.

Dirty everything! Was like walking into a locker room with dirty sweaty musty men in stinky gear

Cons:

The front desk guy overnight was so unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Did not give me information about anything facility related or room location. Was rude and mainly focused on watching YouTube videos
