The Staff and Housekeeping was very much so not up to par with our stay at this hotel as I was told I could extend my stay for another $75 but when I wanted to confirm weather or not my booking was Finalized in their system which then was confirmed however in the mix of me inquiring I was advised that I could just pay $43 and remain in the following room currently in

People approaching me outside asking for money or a ride to the store
Also everyday I had to have my key reprogrammed after 11am

Everything else cleanliness my room ac leaked i had to get towels and clean it myself I had roaches and left over food in a mini fridge ridge witb duct tape as a rack I also found a used heperdemic needle my room was for smokers so the sheets where burns bad the sink didn't hane5a stopper amd the toilet top was smaller than the base horrible caulking around the tub the curtain rod was broken the shower curtain was dirty I had to bleach down everything

The room had cockroaches, and they ended up on my bed, which is disgusting and completely unacceptable under any standard of hygiene. The hotel offered me another room with the same level of cleanliness, which makes no sense, as the problem could clearly happen again.

I checked out at 11:00 a.m., following the explicit guidance of Booking.com staff, who informed me that the hotel had agreed to refund the remaining three nights.

Despite this, I was offered a credit of only $11.60, which is offensive and unacceptable. This amount does not correspond in any way to the three unused nights I paid for. This feels like a joke and demonstrates complete disregard and lack of respect for the customer.

This situation is extremely disrespectful and negligent. If the full refund for the three remaining nights is not processed immediately, I will proceed with formal legal action and file complaints with consumer protection agencies.

I expect a prompt and fair resolution.

It was sketchy, filthy, there were roaches

seen roaches 3times the 7 days I stayed. each days I video it and showed the people at the front desk

For starters there was a $20 deposit on top of my reservation that was not stated from the owners prior to booking. On top of that I did not even get my deposit back. As soon as I got inside the room the the TV fell off the TV mount. The deadbolt was broken and pieces were missing from the door. While me and my husband was sleep room service was not aware we were there and walked in on us. If the deadbolt was fixed that would’ve of even happened and the staff was very rude

It was disgusting. The pictures are not at all what it actually looks like. People were trying to sell me drugs every time I walked out the door. So I guess if you want a cheap place to stay and cheap drugs this is the place to go.

It was dirty, sketchy and a complete waste of money
